★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't usually give comments on Large Corporate Buisiness like Freedom Mobile which is owned by Shaw. However, I have been with this group when they were just starting off as Wind. Their cell reception at the time was spotty but they really made up for this with good service and awesome pricing. Today Freedom doesn't give me any Negative Surprises that I would recieve from Telus years ago. I found them to be outrageously expensive. Freedom gets it right. Great phones!

He went above and beyond in helping us get the best deal, answered all our questions, and informed us about current promotions. I would highly recommend anyone considering Freedom to get help from CJ.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing customer service provided by Vaibhav. I had some issues with a previously account made online and he was able to help me and resolve all mu problems in a few minutes. I’m sure he will be a manager really soon and if, by any chance, he change job with another provider, I’ll probably follow him. Great job Vaibhav!!!!!

They focus on your needs and how to keep your phone bill under control. And will always go over every fee involved. We are now at four phones and very pleased.

The guy named Vaibhav helped me setup my device and gave me the best plan in the market with all discounts. I even grabbed a good quality case for my device as they has great quality cases. I will recommend this store to everyone who wants a great deal at the best Price.

Both were incredibly patient and genuinely helpful in their interactions with me and everyone who was coming in while I was there, with all sorts of different questions and problems. I watched them solve each person's issue with kindness and an incredible amount of product expertise. I have no idea how they can possibly know so much about all the phones and plans that Freedom is selling, but they do. Thanks to both!
