★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a Sony DVD player a few months ago. Great staff, friendly and eager to help. No problems with a Sony product, as I rarely have problems with any Sony Equipment. My only gripe here is I was charged new price for the unit which was an open box and used, as there was someone else's Netflix account set up on it when I plugged it in and got it all up and running, you could also tell the inside packaging was not factory perfect. Would have appreciated a heads up, or a price discount so I could make a call or at least say if there is no discount can I have a box that wasn't already opened. Maybe serves me right for not checking, as you have to examine everything with a fine tooth comb before you leave the store with anything now-a-days. I didn't return the unit as it all works, and no hard feelings against the store as I will go there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife was having problems with her P20pro so we went into the source and they lady there was very helpful and took lots of time to troubleshoot the problems and then explain other otions on the phone to my wife. This kind of service makes you want to stay with Bell.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been shopping at this store for years when the need arises this is where I go. The boys there where all ways fast to help me get what I need and on my way. Sadly they haven't been around when I go in the other staff are fine just not as knowledgeable and fast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought an internet converter that didn't work (an IT person tried to install it in my house). When I returned it for a refund after 2 months (first time I was back in Creston) the store clerk said it was too late for a refund. The receipt only states: "please keep your receipt" and "to obtain a full refund, product must be in original packaging". I had both of that!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had purchased a tripod/selfie stick 4 months ago and was having a hard time figuring out how to use the tripod. Liz helped me by going through the instructions of another box she had in the store. Not only did she save me money on buying another one, she was patient in showing me, hands on how to put it together to work better. Super grateful, thank you!
