★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped for some lunch time munchies. We sat on the patio that was covered and water misters provided some respite from the heat. Our drinks were delicious and refreshing. The Whiskey Mai Tai, the coconut mojito and Limoncello mojito hit the spot. The Limoncello mojito is not sweet so keep that in mind.
We went with the beer cheese dip with warm pretzels, onion rings and dill fries. Aside from the bottom of the dish the dill fries were in having some excess oil everything was spot on.
The beer cheese was warm and flavourful and we dipped more than just the pretzels in it. Many restaurants seem to skimp on the dip but not here. The dill and chipotle dips were plentiful so you didn’t have to scrape the dish to get enough.
Our server was attentive without being a nuisance and provided plenty of cold water for the table to help ward off dehydration.
Overall we enjoyed our visit and will definitely be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Def worth visiting again! Excellent service and even when they had explained that the food may take longer than normal because of a family gathering going on...did not disappoint! There was 15 of us and we all had our drinks within minutes and had our dinners within 15 minutes. The IPA and the Crispy Chicken Bacon Chipoltle burger was a 2 thumbs up! Wish we had a Frisky Whisky back home!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frisky Whisky is a unique, fun place to eat in Creston. Styled after a 1930’s speakeasy (they even had a hidden door for their weekend music), the decor is comfortable. Food wasn’t bad, wings with the Frisky Whisky sauce were great but the stuffed mushrooms were lukewarm at best.
Real problem here is that they aren’t following Covid Health Guidelines.
We were not asked for our vaccine passports, as required, and even though the hostess was masked, we still felt uncomfortable not knowing that either the staff or customers were vaccinated.
We would have loved to come back for the music and signature cocktails but not without knowing it’s safe.
Too bad Frisky Whisky, we have enjoyed many places in Creston where they ask for vaccine passports and we felt safe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A wonderful establishment that offers a new take on the roaring 20's. This modest speakeasy offers a plethora of upscale cocktails as unique and as they are delicious ?
The kitchen runs with this eclectic theme offering up sumptuous fare with class & flare.
FW graciously plays host to numerous local & touring musicians who add to an atmosphere one would expect in a city center.
If you're interested in expanding your palate and want a night to remember I highly suggest you experience Frisky Whiskey for yourself. I guarantee you won't be disappointed ✌️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a great spot in this little town. Great ambiance. A speakeasy vibe, the decor wa well thought out. The staff here were great. The drinks were fabulous, and the food was awesome. If you are cruising through Creston, make sure you stop in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finally a gin joint for the Art Deco lover! Located right on main street, this place has an extensive cocktail menu as well as a wide selection for food. We had lunch and the portions were ample, and I am a big guy! The speakeasy is accessible thru the bookcase but keep it a secret from the screws dollface! The next time I'm in town I'll be trying the cocktail menu, my new favorite joint in Creston!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An excellent addition to Creston main street beside the Source. They have created a number of unique and tasty alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. Give them a try. a good sized menu with lots of options to choose from. The stuffed mushrooms are excellent, so far every meal we've had has not disappointed. If you like fries you will like these. Give it a try, they also have a family dinning room so not just for adults.
