Have been to every bell store in the lower mainland trying to switch my Sim to an eSIM. Everyone said β€œit’s not supported, can’t help you.” Stopped into the Clover Square Village location and Raj was there to help. He greeted me with a big smile and had me fixed up in less thank 3 minutes. He was so helpful and friendly. For sure recommend this location for real help bye knows his stuff in and out!

I have been a bell customer for over 5 years and have always dealt with the people at the Mall or at the Source. I went into the store and i must say it was a absolute delight dealing with the fellow there. Not only he helped me set up my phone but also worked out a deal to reduce my monthly bill and save me $$.

This Bell store in Clover Square Village has horrific customer service. I dealt with two agents two days in a row and they were both terrible. I had done a "Chat" with Bell as my problem had not been solved on the first day at the store. They advised me to go back to the store so they could check my driver's license for verification purposes, as they could not do it on the "Chat". So, I went back to the store, and this time, I spoke (at least I tried to) with Samir. Without even listening to me, Samir shot me to the Rogers Store claiming that the phone was locked by Rogers. I explained to Samir that the phone had been unlocked by Rogers, so that could not be the problem. I explained to him that Bell had asked me to call them from the store but he would not call Bell. I almost had to beg Samir before he eventually called the Bell Store. And the worst part? Samir accused me of yelling at him, which is a complete LIE. Trying to speak on a phone on speaker with a face mask on, the person needs to be lounder than normal circumstances. In fact, the Bell manager that was helping me, could not even hear Samir. The Bell manager that tried to help me on the phone, was a professional, intelligent person called Sarp. He even asked Samir "Is there any reason that you do not help the customer with the new SIM card"? Sarp was excellent and eventually, he was the person who helped me on the phone, not the Bell agents at this store. The other agent that I had spoken with, the day before in the same store, was not any better. Her name was Efrin or something like that, as she would not spell her name for me. This is how our conversation went: Me: Do you know what model my cell phone is? Efrin: That is not important. Me: Where do I find the SIM card number? Efrin: Don't worry about it. So, basically, Efrin did not help me whatsoever to figure out how my new device was working and what I was supposed to do, which contributed to the whole problem. Avoid this store all together as it would be a complete waste of your time and energy.

I went into the store today to buy a new phone and was greeted by Shweta and was treated with the upmost respect from the staff and she had made my phone shopping experience unbelievably easy and straight forward and was able to assist me with getting my mobile coverage setup to my own standards and am very grateful and appreciated of shweta for helping me

This bell store has amazing services I bought an iPhone 13 Pro max last Sunday with plan the lady over their guide me so patiently and help me to understand all their plans. I loved it. I was there around 30 minutes and she was very polite and nice too me not only she helped me for setting up my new phone but also transferred data from my old phone. Any kind of help you need guys in future, I recommend this location.
