Be more attentive to produce and cleanliness... I go today. No thank you or any gratitude. Management needs to train their staff with better attitudes. Even last week this young Asian girl talking about her drama to customers about they're being her to work on her day off complaining. Then over to other cashier about other stuff like c'mon. 3 stars to now 2.

Good store of you dont mind a smaller selection and no staff, with comparable prices to Walmart. Sucks about the flooding though! Seems to happen yearly and puts em out of commission for a few months.

I dont mind if a place of business does t want to have plastic bags because they want to help the environment. That's fine, but if you're not going to replace them with paper bags or some equally convenient eco friendly replacement. At least put a sign up at the doors or near the till to warn people. I was in a rush the other day needing just a few things, but all of them large and heavy. Then get to the till and find out that they don't do bags at all. I had to buy a reusable bag that I don't need as I usually use their bins. The girl at the till was super slow customers were leaving. Rather than wait. All in all it was a frustrating experience. I expect no frills to be frustrating, it always is, but the other day was more frustrating than usual. Also, open the other door, there is no reason now to control all your traffic through the one door, and it's also annoying to walk around when yiu have a perfectly functioning door you just won't open.

I had about 10 items in a little shopping cart. The registers were lined up so I went to the very last self serve till to check out. The young man told me I had to line up at the register because it was store policy not to have cars at self serve. I proceeded to scan my items at the self serve. There were zero people at the self serve and I was at the end so my cart was not a problem. The young man pulled the cart from me and told I wasn't allowed. I felt like that was an aggressive thing he did. I really felt I should teach this kid a lesson because he mad me mad. I could have just reached over the railing and thrown everything in a basket but why. He wouldn't let use the self serve so I just left. The gun ho attitude of this kid I really didnt appreciate. I think you should be allowed to use the small carts and I think this kid doesn't belong in customer service. Now I wont go into your store

Well organized and well stocked make it easy to do grocery shopping at this store. The only minor annoyance is that this location does not carry some ethnic grocery items advertised in the flyer. Checkout counter pretty fast and the self checkout also very convenient.

The store was very clean and employees were friendly but NONE of the flyers item prices had been changed so it was very confusing. I was shopping based on my list for the sales and not a single flyer item price had been changed on the shelf. So when I checked out I was prepared to leave it all at the register if it wasn't in the system either. This made for a stressful experience. Thank goodness everything went through properly! This is not my usual No Frills and after this it wont ever be.

Lots of 50% of clearance mark down as opposed to 30% stickers. It used to be that No Frills carried most items found at superstore for a similar or lower price, now it seems some prices are lower whereas some are higher. Staff are friendly and store was clean!

I shop here every week. I have a disability and it's hard for me to get out some days. one particular day I was having a hard time with my pain and went out of my way to go to the store. Most times I come in for ginger it's mouldy and smells bad. I asked one of the clerk's one day if they could bring out fresh produce for the ginger. He said that he saw the box of fresh ginger in the back, said they got fresh produce in the day before. He went to ask the manager and came back and lied and said there was no fresh ginger, all because the manager didn't want to take the time to bring it out. Matt the manager needs to take better care into helping his customers with their experience and give them the time of day. Bad experience going there but it's the only grocery store nearby.
