★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jin who works at the Pharmacy section was super helpful. We flew in from Montreal and lost one of our baggages that had all the medicines. Jin quickly transferred our profiles from Montreal to Surrey and provided us with our meds as soon as possible. Just pure amazing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wish I could give 0 stars. I had a terrible experience with the pharmacy manager/associate Rola. She's unprofessional and lacks basic customer service skills. Cashiers in front are rude and need to be retrained. Head office needs come to this location and definitely make changes. Don't waste your time or money getting prescriptions filled here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a shoppers card from shoppers, but my money stuck in there. No one from shoppers is willing to help customer.
Bought a shoppers gc from shoppers that never works at the POS, but works when staff manually type in card #.
On June 7,2022, same as always gc didn't swipe, then I suggested staff to type in. The lady told me she can't do anything with gc and asked me to keep trying. I told her that's what other staffs did in the past transactions. She refused. I asked to find manager help. She told me manager doesn't know how to type in either! Refused to ask for help.
Fine,I paid with credit card, then asked if she can check balance then switch to a new card. She said yes, then asked me to swipe again.
She knew my gc doesn't swipe, but still told me to swipe???
I did swipe and no surprise. Same thing, because she can't type in, she can't....can't.......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pharmacy has horrible service. No communication, inefficient service, ignores customers, blames "system" for their incompetence. As I was waiting for 20 min for my turn, a customer in front came to grab her drugs after she had received a phone call it was ready and they could not even find it. They are clearly disorganized or have staff with no common sense. Will never fill my drugs there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DON’T BUY GIFTCARDS FROM HERE!!! Recently bought a $50 winners gift card from this location as a gift, only to find out when the recepient used it there was only $0.06 on the card. Recepient was elderly so didn’t think much of it and had the card thrown away.
Did some research and realized there’s a constant scam going on for gift cards at retail locations, even when scanning the gift card with the cashier, she took a real long time and was giving suspicious looks like she knew this card was potentially fraudulent. I mean if you knew there was a possibility why wouldn’t you tell me and get me another gift card from behind the counter? Ridiculous, now I’m out $50 for no reason. Get your policies straight or come up with a better system.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just took my 90 yr old Mum down to the pharmacy to ask questions about her libre diabetic reader. Mum had had a bit of a low incident and we wanted some guidance. WASTE OF TIME!!!!The ditz that says d she was a pharmacist didn't know anything. Wouldn't give us any help at all. PLUS my Mum lip reads and the stupid c HH it refused to lower he mask so Mum could understand what was being said to her. Totally useless person. Never go there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The so called owner of this location is extremely rude and she lacks the ability to speak with a customer in a professional manner and tone. Definitely will not be back to this store and will be telling our friends, family and neighbours the same after having to deal with her! As a business owner myself I listen to a customer when they come into my store. I can't imagine to ever cut off a person mid sentence and insinuate they're lying without even hearing them out like with my interaction with her.
