Cheryl did an amazing job on my makeup with little to no direction from me. I loved the end result. Thanks Cheryl!!

I will be back and may consider other treatments that they offer. Bonus points for the following: no attempt was made to up-sell anything. I really, really appreciate that although I did purchase the Dermalogica moisturizers which I'm excited about using. The decor is lovely. Everything looked well maintained and COVID practices were followed.

They are very accommodating with appointment times & will even come in earlier than their regular business hours if needed...who does that?! Also you get a credit towards purchasing makeup when you get your makeup done. Therefore really your aren’t paying to get your makeup done. They have lots of professional brands such as glow (mineral based makeup)

When I asked for help, the attention given to my questions was minimal. I asked for help finding a colour match for concealer and had a “make up artist” do nothing more than smear one colour on my hand and ask me if I thought that worked - this is not how you do a colour match. Meanwhile, another woman came in and was invited to sit down in one of the makeup chairs for a true colour match. I prefer their sister store Cashbah - it’s unfortunate that the service is not the same.

She helped me pick the products my face needed without pressure and help me find a routine to keep the results going. I am so ecstatic. *at the time, if you purchase $99 worth of products or more your facial is free!!!

I was a little anxious but Amanda explained the process and assured me I would be happy with the results. It only took about 30 to 35 minutes. I was amazed with the results. My skin felt renewed, clean, hydrated, nice and plump and it glows! . I loved it so much I have it done every couple of months now and book a hydrafacial with Mona about a week and a half later to maximize my skin care. The other great thing is my facial hair seems to be coming back thinner and slower.

The staff are warm and friendly. It's not a spa atmosphere, but if you want a quality, quick and easy facial while picking up the skincare supplies you need, it's a great option!

The lady doing my brows I specifically asked her for “cleaning” “no shaping” and “following my natural shape”. MY EYEBROWS ARE RUINED. I had grown them out for days and they’re uneven. One side was significantly shorter than the other and their natural shape is gone (I’m middle eastern so we have nice brows). IM NEVER coming back and I won’t recommend this place to anyone. The front clerk lady was lovely. Prevented me from having a panic attack. They offered I don’t pay but like my brows are so bad I went to my car and cried and had to fill them in
