★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agreed. They need to work on customer service. Walked in close to closing, was told they were closing up soon and i would have to come back another day. Hi, How are you, can I help you? Nope nothing. Could have been in and out in 3 minutes, but told to leave. Will not be going back. If you didn't want customers in, close the gates.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent quality outdoor wear at reasonable price points. The only caveat: they want your email address to qualify for "membership" pricing. Otherwise, if you don't want to give that up, be prepared to pay up to 60% more. The service that I received here was helpful and friendly, though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store has a lot of stock and found items I've been looking for. Men's outerwear, some hiking shoes and they had a rack of extra long hiking shoe laces. With the seasonal change, the prices were good and found some sales. All my questions were answered and the staff were nice. Will definitly return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service. Bought a jacket for my daughter 6 days ago and the zipper broke. Went in to exchange it and they were less than helpful. Neda the ‘manager’ said she could order me a new one (2 weeks away) but I would have to pay for it up front (pay for 2 jackets but only ever have 1 in my possession??). She said I would have to call the other stores to see if they had my daughters size in stock. Then she got on the phone and was laughing away. Not interested in my frustration at all. I opted to get the zipper fixed myself. Beyond annoyed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This rating is not for the store, but the store manager. My 9 year old son was sitting on one of their lounge chairs and moving around like a 9-yr old would. And the store manager said 'buddy, it will break'. When I asked her whether she is telling me the chair is of such a bad quality that it would break with a 9-yr old moving around, she very rudely said yes it would, and that I can go to The Brick or some other shop. A shame really, given how good the size of the shop is (and thus the options being more).
