Bought Heelys online and had them delivered to this location, for my son for Christmas. They felt tight on him. So I decided to return them. They mentioned that they couldn’t return them once the wheels were put in on the bottom. Told them that he only wore them for 1 minute, and there were no marks on the wheel. The manager mentioned he can change the size only, for which I agreed. He then went in the back for 5 minutes. When he came back, he mentioned then that they cannot even exchange the shoes, as the tool used to remove the wheel was taken off the shoe. When I picked up the shoes initially, no one mentioned anything as such. I told the manager as well. Said there is nothing I can do. I got their Customer Service number from the manager. Explained the above. They weren’t any help either. Said it is Heelys policy to not take any returns once the wheels were put on the shoe. I was upset that their employees did not mention this to me. I was advised to call Heelys, as this is not their concern. Basically I paid for something that my son is not even going to use. Waste of time and money. This was the first and final time I am making purchases at SoftMoc. Very, very disappointed.

January 24, 2020 - another successful purchase with very pleasant staff at this shop, which was very busy today. Remains my go-to place for winter boots - have purchased 3 or 4 pair here over the last few years. I have narrow feet so typically have difficulty finding shoes & boots but SoftMoc seems to offer a wide range of fit which work well for everyone. Today I called to make sure the store had the style I had found online: Columbia MINX SLIP III black slip on waterproof boots. I've been wearing this style for several years, wear them all the time, easy on, easy off, great lining, and very comfortable, but I'm wearing them out so time to replace. Nazneet was very helpful over the phone and in person. Within the hour I had purchased the new pair. Came home, and bought another pair on line just for insurance which will be delivered to the shop - and give me an opportunity to browse.

We bought our family all our shoes here. The manager there should take a lesson on how to value his community and his customers. We will never step foot in this store again. Don't spend your money in this place. They have no sizes anyways. Anything you don't like about their shoes--- Their excuse will be it's your fault and they will accuse you of wearing the shoes. No integrity or goodwill. I bought my wife a 200 gift card for Christmas. And this was not the happy ending I was looking for. These guys really stink and they lost our business for good

The young sales staff at the South Surrey location were great . They may not have known how to do some of my requests but they were pleasant and accommodating . Helpful and kind. They were helpful when I wanted to pay with gift cards . I had 5 they didn’t know how to process that . That’s a company issue . Great shoes and experience . Very happy .

The store manager Kiannah is one of the least professional managers I have ever come across. I purchased a pair of shoes at a different location and went into this location for assistance, she was unwilling to help or offer any advice and referred me back to the other location. When I asked to speak to a manager for further clarification she giggled and said β€œyou mean you want to talk to me?” She was snark and did not offer any advice or apologies for being little help.

Very unfortunately poor way of treating customers. One employee did not show any willingness to work. When asked for the different size of shoes as the "length" was different on two same-size-marked shoes, the person said it could be because many people tried - well I didn't know a shoe "length" can extend a lot as you try. Also, the person said there was no certain size of the shoes even though the shoe box was on the shelf. When shown, the employee said it was not on the system. I am very amazed how the person worked. Hope he was the only one, but I don't think I would recommend people to go there for now.
