★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looking for warm winter jackets for my kids, but everything was filled with (brrrrrrr!) polyester - not down. Everything we looked at, even fashionable name brands, were built to a (cheap) price point in China.
My children deserve better

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer service right from entering the store (clerk there to make sure everyone is masked) to check out. Everyone smiling and happy. Had to make a return and it was a no hassle process even though I hadn't brought the reciept. Keep up the good work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a chain store which I frequent in other parts of the city. This one had a bit more Christmas stock. It is clean and well maintained. There are bargains to be had if you look carefully. Staff are friendly and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went there yesterday to look at silver chains. We stood at the counter for 10+ minutes and no one came to help. A woman then came to use the intercom, looked at us, and left. It seemed as though she was either as supervisor or manager, as she was being rude to an associate nearby. Following this, a woman was stocking the makeup shelves, and had merchandise piled on the jewelry counter. She would look at us, but never offered to help. We ended up leaving and purchasing nothing. Terrible customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loads of cute things to buy and lots of selection. I was able to find a really great carry-on luggage, a white summer dress, and several cute tops. I wanted to stay longer; I just couldn't fit more time in.
