The clothes are a little more expensive than some but are worth the extra money as the quality is very good. I will continue to recommend this store to friends and family...all in all a good shopping experience!! VCG.
S	Sara Davies on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a top at this store (which wasn’t inexpensive) and washed it according to the instructions. It shrank. I took it back to the store and was told by the manager that I must have tumble dried it (I didn’t). She also said that they didn’t accept returns without the tags - well obviously I’d cut the tags off when I wore the top. She then said it was company policy not to replace goods. When I said how come it’s company policy to sell faulty goods she just looked at me and said no one else had complained. I was pretty shocked by her attitude, she couldn’t have cared less and certainly wasn’t going to replace my top or give me a credit. I did send a complaint to Olsen through their website but have heard nothing back. Very disappointed as I love Olsen clothing and have bought quite a lot from this store and Bay outlets. Olsen have lost themselves a customer.
