★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of the workers are nice there and thats why im giving this store 3 stars, however the manager or 1 worker is honestly quite rude. I think her name is shabnam but i tried to get help from her and she was so mean and unfriendly. I asked her a question and she just rubbed me off, gave me a mean look and walked away. I had to ask another worker to help me who was much nicer! Idk what was up with her but she shouldnt be working in retail if she isnt going to help the customers…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Growing up I never got a long with the other kids. I'd always come last in races and be the first to be found in hide and seek. When I reached high school, I could never find a date for dances and when I graduated I didn't win any scholarships. As an adult I still live in my parents basement and don't have a job. It's been a tough life but I find relief coming to winner's. It's the only place I don't feel like a loser.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ll never be back, I’m not sure if it’s under new management or what, but it was such an uncomfortable shopping experience that I just left. Whoever is in charge of that place needs to be fired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I shopped here since it opened but never going back after what happened. I purchased childrens clothes but one of them had the security tag on it and another had pen marks on it so went back to the location and get the tag removed.
The Chinese lady that was working there on April 23, Saturday around 7pm didn’t believe when I brought the clothes with the tag and thought we stole it. The tag didn’t make a sound when we just walked in.
Other employee next to her just watched this Chinese lady all confused and accusing us of stealing. Sneaky employee thought we couldn’t hear and she called the BIG manager with glasses on. FINALLY she helped me but man, on the way out she said SO RUDE to me.
She didn’t even know I was being accused of stealing, her co worker not helping out her poor ESL employee and she was angry for being a manager there with untrained/uneducated staff. Never going back. Super low class employees. This location needs help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Generally this store is pretty good, although the selection in light colored tops was very limited given it was the end of May. Staff are pleasant. But, this was the 2nd time that the clerk left the tag on one item when I paid. It takes more time for someone at the door to run all the way back to the counter to get them to remove it. I'll go back to the original Winners next time as they seem to have a little bit better selection.
