M	Melissa Mitchell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give zero stars I would. Walked in today and not one employee said hello. I was searching for something that I saw there 1 month ago. No other customers were in the store and no one would help me. I had to ask for the item I was looking for and the girl was rude and not helpful. The worst part is I think the two employees working were the owners of the store. Totally unprofessional and an extreme let down in terms of customer service.

But tonight on a Friday at 7.30 and there closed ,what's with that! Another night I stopped by just before 6 and it was all closed.I live in Langley and I'm not always out that way, really disappointed! Also closed Crush and the Telus store on a Friday night how stupid Lots of ppl patronizing the other open stores tonight

Before I walked in, I could see a girl was holding her new puppy and talking to the sale associate, blocking the entrance. I was forced to walked in-between them, complimenting the puppy but did not get a "hello" or greeting from the sales associate. I was in there for probs 10 min with no acknowledgement and eventually walked out empty handed, even though I wanted to purchase items. I didn't even get a goodbye. There were 3 other customers in there and I felt like I didn't exist

By May 2019 the thread was coming away and I contacted Pixie Mood to explain the issue I was having with their product. They advised they required the original receipt, I looked at my email (thinking it was an on-line receipt I would have) and then realized I didn't have the receipt and that I must have thrown the "till" receipt away. I spoke to Ambeinte to see if they could help me in dealing with Pixie Mood? They were more than willing and acted on my behalf to ensure I received either my backpack repaired or a full replacement. Which they were not only successful at, they ensured they stayed in touch with me throughout the entire process. I so appreciate their excellent customer service, professionalism, and backing up products they carry (even when I attempted to deal directly with the manufacturing co.). Thank you Ladies for your care and attention to detail in my situation, it was greatly appreciated! I would highly recommend Ambiente for all your gift, decor & design needs.

I continue to be impressed with the integrity of both its owners and its staff. You are always greeted by friendly faces, and in a most professional, kind way! The selection is always carefully curated and it is a joy to select items. This is definitely my "go to" shop in the area!
