★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a chance to visit this location yesterday and all the staff were so welcoming and friendly the moment I walked in. They even guided me to the brand I was looking for as well set me up with a MUA to help with some questions and color matching right away. After going to other locations many times and not getting matched correctly I must say their MUA Simran is amazing. She knows her stuff and is very knowledgeable. Simran thank you so much for helping me finally find the perfect color and for making me look flawless along with the tips. Can't wait to visit you again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great selection of products and a very clean store! Just wish the staff were more attentive and helpful. Lots of staff standing around chatting amongst each other and not available to help customers… seems to be a trend with Sephora employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finally a Sephora in white rock!! Everyone was so warm and welcoming here, especially the associate who helped me and my family out. Jasveen was amazing! Gave us great colour matches (while it was moderately busy) and was very patient while helping us (3 ladies who all needed colour matches!!)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5/3/3022 around 12:20pm. So if you don't look like you have money, they won't greet you nor will they offer help, they will assume that you're stealing and just watch you. All the associates were giving their attention to their Caucasian customers. I noticed the women behind the counter staring at me while I was in the mini section, not saying hi or addressing me, but just watching. Was she expecting me grab and run? I've never been so disgusted by behavior. I turned and looked her straight in the eye and said hello. She wasn't expecting that and I just turned away rolling my eyes. Too bad she didn't see me get into an M4-- not that it matters whether or not you have money. Customer service should be equal across the board. #abercrombieexclusivity repeat? Haha. Just disgusting. Unfortunately the rating won't allow zero stars, but its definitely below zero

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I received thorough knowledge and advice from Olivia for my makeup needs! She was really patient with my questions, stuck with me until I had everything I needed, and made sure I knew about their promotional discount. She is an asset to this store. (:
The entire staff was very friendly and accommodating in a whole.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They’re really great girls! I went in today and was told that, when I picked up my online order earlier this week, I accidentally wasn’t charged, which I totally didn’t realize! I of course agreed to pay it then and there, but they were so kind and apologetic, even though it was hardly an inconvenience! They even honoured the current discounts on some of the products that were part of my online order that weren’t on sale when I originally ordered them. After a bit of confusion on both of our parts, I was on my way! They handled it very professionally and were super funny and kind! I’ll be back soon ?
