The pharmacy is also top rate.It's still family, Chuck, his wife Cindy and their son Gary. Where do you find that these days!

The guy in a white lab coat, I’m not sure if he is the pharmacist or the owner is even worst. Very condescending and rude, makes unprofessional utterances. If you don’t want to be treated like a piece of garbage, please take your business somewhere else.
M	Mary Huang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the post office ladies is SO RUDE. She talked down at me and told me that I wrote the address wrong, but she’s the one who told me where to write it. And then she proceeded with help another customer without the cranky attitude. She seriously doesn’t enjoy working there. Never coming back here again, also I will be reporting them to canada health for not offering hand sanitizers and none of the staff wore masks. There were way too many people waiting in line for a small store like that.
K	K Black on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After visiting this location for Canada Post, it's now obvious to me why Surrey is a COVID hotspot! While entering the store, a masked woman was leaving. It was reassuring to me that the customer was wearing a mask, so I proceeded inside to find one-way asiles, again reassuring. Unfortunately, I soon realized that I was not safe. A pharmacy team member (the pharmacist I think) was right in front of me and my daughter in the one-way asile. We were on our line, marked for distancing, and he suddenly turned, not wearing a face covering and proceeded to brush past us, going the wrong way. He literally brushed our bodies and it made me very uncomfortable. I soon realized that my daughter and I were the only ones wearing a mask in the entire store. I wanted to leave but was effectively trapped between customers not wearing masks. There were thin flimsy plexiglass hanging from the ceiling with large openings, and even the Canada Post employees weren't wearing masks. After leaving, I was almost in tears. This is a local small pharmacy that many elderly in the community rely on. People are definitely putting themselves at risk shopping here! The building is old with poor ventilation and they are not doing what they should be to protect our community. It's shameful that they are supposed to be a place to support health services!

But while waiting in line I noticed the pharmacist sitting at his workstation with his mask pulled down so he could openly pick his nose. I then needed to ask the pharmacist something and interrupted him again picking his nose. He came to the counter and did not even clean his hands. I would never get a prescription filled here. I could not believe my eyes. Totally disgusting

S	Sean Seyler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Look folks … I have read all the comments below but this local hard working owner operator is one of the last in South Surrey and there is a real charm visiting and supporting the few remaining real owner operated small businesses in South Surrey / White Rock. Sure the store may not look like a big chain or maybe the hard working gals at the post office desk seem over worked and to the point but what I can say, is Chuck is real charm when you get to know him, so rather than post negative comments take the time to talk to Chuck if you feel your experience was 5 stars as he is a very hard working caring Pharmacist and when you want good caring informative support, I encourage you to support this local business with your prescriptions and small goods purchases. These kinds of businesses are far and few apart.
