Rhys’s relationships with local realtors and personal connection to the neighbourhood helped us secure an off market deal. We were beginning to think it was impossible to get into the area we wanted. However with Rhys’s patience and persistence we pulled it off. He did a great job negotiating for us and we would recommend him for anyone looking to purchase or sell in South Surrey!
