★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my road bike in for a gear adjustment as it wasn't shifting very well. Cables underneath the bottom bracket were very loose. Got the bike home and gave the chain a good cleaning and lube. Went out for a ride.
The gear adjustment was perfect. I literally could not hear the drive train as I 'm riding along. Bike Zone did an excellent job and only charged me $15 and change for the gear adjustment.
Will definitely be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great staff. They are working so hard to get out as many repairs as quickly as possible. During this pandemic, everyone wants to get outside and ride their bikes. The repair department is working very hard to meet the demand. That being said, with very simple repairs, they are trying to get in and out of the shop ASAP. I went in for a chain replacement, and when I picked up my bike I was pleasantly surprised to see a well lubed new chain. That’s not all, they also adjusted my brakes for me. BRAVO.... A brake Adjustment is a small thing but demonstrates a desire to help their customers.
When they get more bikes in stock, I will definitely be back to get an upgraded bike for my son.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my bike in for a tune up and safety check. The Bike Zone did a fabulous job - it's like I am riding a brand new bike. They were professional, took time to give me a courtesy call regarding some issues they ran into, they were very knowledge and the turn around time for repairs was excellent. I am very impressed with their customer service and quality of work.

Dealt with 2 different gentlemen. (sorry forgot the names) They both spot on great customer service! ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are awesome. Great and friendly service. They were prompt and got my bike's gear shifting fixed. The cost of service was more than reasonable and apparently was a quick fix, and only charged me for the short amount of time and parts. I will definitely come back. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented a bicycle from The Bike Zone to cycle around South Surrey. There were some issues initially because I’m a tourist in Canada with no local driving license. However, the staff was patient in explaining and after charging a deposit of 450cad on my credit card (which would be refunded upon bike return), he proceed to set up the bike for me. Helmet and lock were complimentary, and so was the bike rental. I was 10mins late in returning the bicycle, but the staff was understanding. It was a pleasant experience and I definitely recommend The Bike Zone! ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favourite bike shop to ever come across. I have been taking my many bikes here for the past 6 years. Everyone in the shop, especially Tom, is very knowledgeable about all kinds of bikes. I’m very glad I found The Bike Zone after I got into downhill biking, they have saved my butt many times being able to squeeze in an important service in record time. You won’t regret coming here.
