Athabasca Outdoor Products Ltd. supplies products to the industrial, oilfield, commercial, agricultural and recreational sectors. These products range from ATV, generator, lawn mower, motorcross, motorcycle, off-road, scooter, snowmobile and UTV.
We also stock clothing and accessories to enhance our units and have a repair shop with 5 full-time mechanics to keep everything in tip-top shape. We are a dealer for Argo®, Honda, Honda Power, Husqvarna® and TYM.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spent 32 mins in the building today waiting to speak to the salesman. Only one salesman working and it was the sales manager. He spent the whole time having a conversation with someone regarding nothing related to a sale. He didn't even acknowledge myself or the other waiting customer. That's twice I tried and no one even tried to sell me anything.
It's unfortunate, but I will continue to make my purchases in Edmonton.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered parts for my husky chainsaw. They were incorrect. I called and tried to get the correct parts ordered and all they can tell me is that I'm wrong. The old part, in my hand, that I took off the saw, is the wrong one for it apparently, and even with that part number they can't get the correct part, and the one they sent me that doesn't fit is the right one? It's too bad everyone relies on a computer screen to justify having no knowledge of their job. Call lawnmower hospital in Edmonton if you'd like real service. This place is a joke.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor workmanship and a huge bill. Never again. Make sure you get your repair estimate in writing and write on the quote no extra work without your consent. This is a place where they rip you off and thank you for your money. Never again will I cross their doorstep and I was warned by other customers about them. Fool me once......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everyone was super kind, i just dropped my machine off for some service work. They are a busy spot. But were happy to help me out
EDIT :
the time i picked up my machine in was told it was back running again. They towed it out of the shop with both front tires flat and missing a windshield. When i went back in to get my windshield they found it but had no idea what they did to my quad... i wouldn't go back there to have any work done.
A bit later I took my daughter for a ride, she stepped on the footrest and almost tore it off the machine, turns out they didn't put the footrest bracket back on.
I called and asked them to fix it. I spoke with Denis, he was very willing to help correct the issues that were caused in the first place.. i don't know the whole story but the lady that was running the service department when I dropped off was nice, but had no clue what was going on and wouldn't call me back about the issues i had.
It seems to be much better now that Denis is there.
