R	Rosefire Rainbowglow on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very long wait for food around 7pm. Only 1 person at till and 1 cooking. Owners/Managers needs to hire more people or schedule properly. The poor girl taking orders was working really hard. Help your employees instead of setting them up for failure having to deal with disgruntled hungry customers.
S	Sarah on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrendous service. I went in on Feb 8 in the evening, I was the only person there. I only wanted fries so I was expecting a quick visit. My fries were ready and sitting on the table to be packed. Two customers came in, and instead of handing me my fries both emploees decided to take their orders. They then decided to chat and joke amongst themselves while I'm still waiting, and I can see my fries just sitting there. The teenage boy literally walked past them twice while chatting with his coworkers. I don't have high expectations from fast food places and I'm not going to yell or scold teenagers. But the owners should train their staff better. I probably won't come back to this location because this was so frustrating.

Received no fries, oh you didn't order fries so you could order them now if you want......... why would I order food, a drink and a side all separate when I could get the combo, which is cheaper....... which is what I ordered. No argue instead. Didn't even get the right dips

The manager then tried to tell me to wear a mask even though he was not wearing one. The store is a joke and the service is poor. There was one guy in there professional enough to do his job and serve us

There were 4-5 other customers who were waiting for their order so service was little slow and I also used their restroom which was not properly clean ? so deducting 1 star for slow service and cleanliness. Everything else was commendable. ?
J	Jason Bishop on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing like a frozen mug of A&W root beer with lunch! My 1st time here. The single patty burger is plenty for most people. I got a double and couldn't finish it. Onion rings were perfect and even BETTER dipped in BBQ sauce. Staff was great and very patient with us. Can't ask for better!
