S	Samuel Guindi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food quality has been really good but the portion sizes are often inconsistent. Sometimes my hotel is till and others its not. In one occasion, they had forgotten to include the chips I had paid for. I'm a subsequent visit, I had brought that up while paying and the cashier apologized and gave me a free bag of chips no questions asked.

If I wanted a burrito I woidl have ordered one... super disappointing,.. had to eat with a fork, not how I like to eat a finger food...

As in they scoop a full scoop and then shake it to a half empty point to put into your food... feels like you're in a bread line rationing office. If you're going to be cheap raise your prices instead of pretending you give good value. While I like chipotle I'll be avoiding this particular location.

I always have burrito bowl and it’s the first time ever I had about only half a bowl. Very stingy on the rice and beans and the meat was way too salty. I ended up have a very salty meal.

The girl who answered said yes that’s not an issue. She sent me a take out menu for large orders via email. It was late in the day so I wasn’t able to have my team fill in their order. I was afraid it would be to late to place the order when they open the next day. To my surprise was I got a call from Maneet the store manager at 9am asking if I still wanted to order! I asked if it was too late and she responded not at all. My order was ready for 15 people by 11:45. I was totally blown away by the follow up and the service. We picked it up on time and all ordered were individually tagged with each employees name. My team really enjoyed the food and all bowls were loaded and delicious. I highly recommend this location to anyone trying to do a team meeting or an employee lunch. I also want to thank Maneet and her team for an amazing experience.

Contacted head office & they promised to have someone go to the restaurant to check temperatures & food safety protocols as well as refund my meal. How many emails now? 20 plus! Still no refund, constant run around. I was really sick & was waiting & hoping the company would follow through on their promises. They still have not. Shame on them!

The rest was covered. Just realized there was more options when I proceed to pay for my order. Tables were dirty and the one that I took, had a leak from the ceiling which I didn't realize until I was eating.
