β β β β β The stuff were so rude. People (cashier and manager) always with a bad face, looking like they were doing me a favor to help me to spend money at their store. So frustrated. I was there to buy my little one first fish. He was so happy... while we are dealing with so many mad faces. Do not recommend this place for sure. They don't need our money.

β β β β β The staffs there are so rude. Show no respect to others. Had awful experience on Friday night. Totally ruin my day. Will never back to this store anymore. The area manager should absolutely teach their staffs how to be nice and polite to their customers. Very disappointed : ) Pet smart is so much better than this.

β β β β β I have bought 3 birds from this location and every single one had died the day after. When the first died I thought that it was my fault and they ended up giving me another, which died from the same sickness. Back then they were nice about it and refunded us. However about a month ago i bought another bird from them (I should have learned my lesson the first time) and he ended up in the emergency vet the day after. He sadly passed. When I went back not only were they rude but they were insensitive and dismissive. I can't believe how I was treated that day and I can say that I will never go back to this location. Unless you want to be treated awfully I would not shop here.
I would give zero stars if I could.
