β β β β β I cannot rate the service provided by the Westland claims deparment highly enough .Anyone who has experienced property damage to their home knows how stressful the experience can be . Fortunately , with the help of the Westland Insurance claim staff, our property damage claim proceeded from the initial reporting stage to final restoration with the minimum amount of stress imaginable .
I am enormously grateful to Kim from head office for guiding us through the initial claims reporting procedure and arranging for the prompt dispatch of restoration services to deal with the initial crisis .Kim has helped us with our insurance needs for a number of years and she is absolutely βthe bestβ.
I also want to extend my thanks to our claimβs adjuster Kacia - from the minute she assumed control of our claim , everything was handled promptly , professionally and courteously. I cannot think of a single thing that could be improved upon.I note that others have commended Kacia in their reviews - she truly deserves her βfive starβ ratings .

She helped fill out all the paper work and advised me on all my options. It was the most stress free experience during the car buying process. I would recommend her and Westland Insurance to anybody that needs Autoplan services.

Jennifer is truly a professional, she helped me get the exact insurance I wanted and she treated me like a true friend. Considering it was the first time talking to Jennifer. Her refreshing voice just calmed me right down. There was burden lifted off my shoulders. My daughter is getting tenant insurance tomorrow from Jennifer. Well done Westland Insurance for having a very special employee that cares about her job so much.

My interaction with Insurance Advisor Kelsea, was amazing! She answered all of my questions and was detailed in all aspects of the process. I canβt recall when Iβve had this level of customer service before.

β β β β β We worked with Jennifer to receive a condo insurance quote and she was great! She responded promptly and answered all my questions. We are new to the insurance policy and have not had to deal with any claims yet, so I canβt review that aspect. But thus far their customer service has been great and I recommend working with Jennifer.
