★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're looking to spend a lot of time waiting around then maybe working on your insurance, this is the place for you!
I've seen molasses climb a flight of stairs in January faster than these guys can do a basic transaction.
Last time I foolishly went in expecting something resembling half decent service, myself and three other customers sat for over 15 minutes while they worked with a customer. Granted, this is not an unreasonable amount of time, but to then need to continue to wait while the customer went out to change the plates on their car was the final straw.
There are two other brokers across the street in and near the Superstore. I took my business elsewhere, and would strongly recommend you do the same.
With this lack of service quality, it leaves me with serious questions about their competency as brokers.
