Very poor customer service. The lady that is on the evening hours is extremely difficult to talk to and seemingly unwilling to help Γ±.

We buy our pet food here. Tisol carry quality products with friendly, knowledgeable staff. Nice people providing a pleasant experience.

Best service, friendly staff, and good selection of raw food. Taylor and Benny are amazing!! They always provide amazing service and our dog (Leo) loves them. This is the only location we go to now.

The staff here are helpful and know which products are available. This store has so much product in it, so I can get everything for my pup in one place. I much prefer coming here than the local Bosley locations.

All of the staff are very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I just got a new puppy and they were so helpful and patient with all my questions, they even gave me a puppy book that has lots of useful information in it and some coupons as a bonus!! Definitely a one stop shop for me. They just got a customer for life!

Great selection of quality food and accessories. Bought a nice harness for Rocky! And also got him a dog tag suggested by the friendly staff.

Wow. I went back after what happened below because the other store I drove 30 minutes to was unable to process the exchange. So I purchased the new vest there and returned to this location for a refund. TIARA interrupted me every 2 words and raised her voice at me that's when the other sales associate had to tell her to calm down. I asked her not to interrupt and she continued to do so. Emily the assistant manager came out to assist, Tiara continued to raise her voice and interrupt to which the assistant manager also had to tell her to calm down. I had to ask to speak to the assistant manager where we would not be interrupted. I was advised this was a corporate store. Tisol, you have to do a better job at hiring protocols and training. It was actually funny to see that in her assistant manager's presence, she wasn't half bad to customers. Honestly, the worst customer experience ever. The WORST. No apology from her, she actually said she complained about me to her assistant manager. Not sure what for? For asking her to undo an exchange? One bad employee can tarnish the brand. It's funny that the care tag for the vest actually says "spot clean only". Way to go, telling clients to use washing machines for items that are spot clean only. The sales associate Tiara requires training on customer service. She greeted the 2 customers infront of me with "Phone number?" This is how she greeted me as well. I was doing an exchange for a dog vest, I asked her if the vest was new because the color looked darker than the one I had brought in, she said yes. I went out to the car and when I opened the vest, saw there were dirt stains in the arm openings. I took it back into the store, told her it wasn't new and pointed out the stains. I guess she took this as an opportunity to educate me on shopping for pets. "It could've been tried on another dog" she said, I agreed especially the coat being a lighter color. She then went on to say "that's what you get when you shop at a pet store" and didn't stop there and went on to state "that's what washing machines are for". I asked her to undo the exchange and walked out with what I had brought in. I had called before going in to make sure the size was there so she looked at the vest. What a waste of time and to leave with distaste.
