★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff at South point location is very friendly. I have dealt with Sumanlatha (Physiotherapist), she is very kind and caring. Lately, I have dealt with Dr Bloomquist, who I found equally wonderful. One of the other major reasons that got me to write this review is the excellent service I recieved today. I emailed them my xray and requested to pass it to Dr Bloomquist for review and requested a call back. I didn't have trust if someone will actually follow up so quickly or even a follow up. But to my surprise, the location called me same day within couple of hours and got me an appointment booked based on the review. Way to go. Thanks guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The scheduling & confirmation of your appointments is not conducted professionally. I was called to cancel my appointment as the doctor was sick, I asked that I be rescheduled instead of it being cancelled as I had been preparing for this appointment the two weeks prior. I was told that they have re-scheduled my appointment for few days later. Later that day I checked that I had not received an email confirming as such. I emailed the centre asking for confirmation, they said an email had been sent when in fact it had not been. I asked that they check their information as this wasn't the first time they cancelled my appointment without confirming my details (long story short, they cancelled my appointment for another patient with the same name, different gender and birthday, but did they confirm that before cancelling? no they did not). Anyways, I did not get a follow up the same day but rather two days later confirming my appointment was confirmed. I did not receive the usual email reminder or pre-assessment check, however since they had confirmed it, I went to the centre for my appointment. The reception looked in the system and said my appointment wasn't there, even after all that, my appointment had been deleted by another worker from the Nordel location. Luckily the doctor was able to see me 30 minutes later.
This location needs to get their act together, their customer service is lacking. I would not recommend this centre to anyone I know. Call me NOT impressed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm not a person who writes reviews for good or bad experiences. But based on my experience at Legacies Health Centre with all the staff and specially my wonderful therapist (Avneet Chatha), it would be sad and shameful not to write a review. Avneet is knowledgeable beyond your expectations and truly cares about you getting back to full health and without any limitations to your activities. He has been the only person I go to for any issues I might have or my kids might have (and we do have many issues from soccer and physical activities ?).
I could go on and on about him and about Legacies Health Centre (both south Surrey and Nordel locations).
Trust in them and you won't lose.
Very highly recommended ??????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an appointment to the chiropractor in the clinic. They called me and asked if I can come earlier and I agreed. Changed my plans and arrived earlier. But nobody got me for the treatment because chiropractors plans changed and she had her own private appointments

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rudy Krawchuk, although a student under training, is very professional in her job. She listens well and work the areas of my body I am having more issues with. She will become a very good massage therapist after her graduation. All the best Rudy.
