A	Angry Hippo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clothes are great quality. Service is terrific, prices are okay depending on your budget....If you are really tight, these clothes are somewhat expensive. But I have shopped in places like Aritzia where they charge an outrageous price for poor quality clothes and Reitmans quality is definitely superior and prices are better.

Even an acknowledgment at the till might be nice when completing your purchase. Pricing and tagging items was far more important.

Saw one employee, her name was Monique, she was very focused on serving one person (she kept referring to by name, was probably a friend) and didn’t at all assist any of the rest of the customers in the store! Won’t shop here again!!! I’ve never felt so unwelcome!
s	sharon Jager on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is extremely unfriendly and they are not interested in helping or even checking your purchase to make sure you picked correct sizes, they offer every size in regular, petit and tall, it is extremely easy to pick up the wrong size, and that’s where a huge complaint about this retailer comes in. Their return policy is horrible!!! I took off a tag and placed it in the pocket of the garment, decided it was too big for me and thought I’ll exchange it for the size down. WRONG if you take a tag and put it in the pocket, even though it is there and they could easily reattach it, it is deemed unreturnable, period. No further conversation. I suggested they should tell people about that policy when or before they purchase it, she just didn’t bother to respond. They do NOT care in anyway about the customer and their return policy will now keep me from EVER shopping there again, and I am sure they don’t care if I don’t.
