Another Zero Stars! I'm at a point now where unless I absolutely have to, I refuse to give business to Canadian Tire. Attempted to return brand new and never used product and the manager here straight refused to because of obscure policy that I had to go online to look up. I bought the product in store, not online. At no point was the limit of return policy for this specific item ever communicated to me. Nor was it listed on the receipt. For a $50 return, that I would have bought additional items with and more that very day - you've lost me. I'll happily support local - and if they can't service me I'd rather Amazon than Canadian Tire ever again. Adios!

This is the far worst customer experience I have ever had. The customer service reps where nice but they were clueless about whether the boots where regular or at a discounted price. I bought the boots cause it was advertised on their shelf as half price. I was charged regular price then went back to the store and the manager Amber Morin berated me. I'm not sure what she was on or if she was having a bad day. I was nice and friendly the whole time. But she was being totally rude, condescending and she had that superiority complex issue. She kept interrupting me when I tried to explain in a friendly way the issue. My cousin and aunt said she is racist. I will be filing a human rights complaint against the store and the manager.

I love Canadian Tire (mostly because the way it smells in there) but it confuses the heck out of me. How would you describe it to someone who has never been to Canada? It's not quite a hardware store, and it's not really a department store. It's kind of like a dollar store but fancier with a mechanic and bikes. Anyways, i had to remove a star because you don't give out Canadian Tire money anymore and that was a pretty big part of being a Canadian and everyone I know use to have that stuff laying around the house everywhere but it was only worth like a couple nickles. Still fun though. Anyways keep it up you guys, I'll be back when I need some like tape or one paintbrush or like a fan.

Canadian Tire must be a poor employer based on the terrible service I get everytime I shop here. First time at this branch and I was hoping for a better experience than my local store. I went in for a car jump starter. After heading off an employee who was doing their best to avoid me I asked which one was the best. "obviously these ones." Okay, why? "Because they're not MotoMaster." Really? Great answer! After a few more questions it was clear I would get no help from this staff member. The price was $10 more than Amazon even on sale but I need the unit so they got my sale. I'll continue to avoid this chain when possible. Today's date and time of purchase are wed may 18 2022 at 8:50 am.

If not one of the worst customer experiences I have experienced. One week ago, I walked in Canadian Tire with an oil filter hoping to get it exchanged for a different one. Because I lost my receipt, i wasn’t able to get an exchange. The worker offered to hold on to my oil filter and search for the proper one. He mentioned he didn’t want the security team to β€œjump me”. After finding my oil filter and spending over $870 at your store, I went back looking for the worker who took my oil filter. After looking for 10 mins, I went to sales associate person for the mechanic shop. He told us to wait until he a few minutes until he finished his task online on his computer. (Understandable) But not reasonable when you wait 15 mins just to ask a super simple question. After wasting time of waiting, I decide to return all of your product and leave. Yes you still have my oil filter. This isn’t a good impression for people with money walking through your doors.

I called this particular store 5 days after Christmas because I found out that this store had the Kitchen Aid Mixer in Cobalt Blue. This was going to be my Christmas present to myself and I was very excited to find out that they had one ($629.99). I have been saving for one of these for quite some time and even though I am a senior, I really wanted it. When I called the store I spoke to someone in "Housewares" and she found what I wanted on the shelf. I informed her that I wouldn't be able to come until the next day because I had to borrow a car. I asked if she could hold it until then and she said no but I could buy it online. I told her that being a senior I was not technically inclined and asked for help in doing that. I basically wanted to put it on my credit card, but it seemed no one could help. Someone then said that I could speak to the manager and I said that would be great because then maybe I could give the manager my credit card number so they could hold it for me. No one was able to do that either; then I was told that they would hold it until tomorrow and they took my name. I was then told that if someone came in before me though that they would have to sell it; this is when I began to cry. I pretty much just gave up in my quest to get my Kitchen Aid Mixer and I must say that I am not impressed with Canadian Tire anymore.

Excellent service from the Automotive service group. I dropped my Oil filler cap down into the engine. Your service guys were able to find it very quickly and I was on my way. I would recommend the service at your location and will be back when I need work done!

Good Canadian Tire location. Better than 3/4 of the locations. When you can find an employee, they are very helpful and more than able to load items into your car, or give you a hand finding something around the store. This location can get relatively busy, and prove to be difficult to find anyone around but all in all I find it the easiest Canadian Tire to shop at.
