β β β β β Was greeted very rudely as when I walked in I asked for a mask and the lady immediately responded" where is yours". A very dumb question considering if I had one I won't have asked for another . Anyways I let the manager know what happened and I was under the impression that businesses were offering you a mask if you did not have one. I went in and bought a mask. We had gone to buy school supplies. Two of the associates were very helpful, Angela and Meha, we repeatedly asked for their help and they were happy to help. The lady at the cash counter was again very helpful, though I forgot her name. Apart from the rude lady who greeted us everything else was fine, good stuff and enough of stock.

β β β β β We were in line to pay and an associate was helping an older lady. The associate immediately started to ignore the elder lady when she saw we had a big purchase (probably wanted the sale). The elder lady immediately said she wanted to pay and leave and the associate continued to ignore her. Someone else ended up helping the older woman but it was very unprofessional behaviour by the associate. Disappointed to see such a thing.

β β β β β I purchased a square reader at staples 3 weeks ago. It was $399.00. I returned the first week, because it wouldnβt turn on. I was helped by a very pleasant sales associate. I set up my reader on my IPad, also purchased at staples. I was not able to do any transactions in a mobile location, but understood I had to have a cellphone for a secure transaction. I purchased one, and returned to Staples this afternoon, only to be told that I had to purchase their in store device protection plan, at a cost of $19.95 with a minimum of a 12 month contract. I explained that the cost of $240.00 to get help to set up a reader was not very prudent. There were 3 sales associates there who just repeated their little βsales talkβ. Over and over. I have never had such poor service at any Staples store over the past 15 years that Iβve been in business. I will return next week, and will return my Square if that continues to be their attitude.
Very disappointed, and inconvenient.

β β β β β Terrible customer service at the Solutions Shop. Needed to take a passport picture and the guy there didn't even bother to properly crop it. When I asked if he could cut the edges better, he gave me some scissors and left. The picture quality is not great either.
If you need any other assistance, you have to wait very, very long or go to reception and wait...long.
A little friendliness goes a long way. If you need a picture, better go to a London Drugs or Shoppers.

He is very professional, knowledgeable, accommodating, and friendly. Every product they have printed for me has exceeded my expectations. Thanks Del for all your help and thanks to the exceptional staff.
