B	B M (Guisseppebm) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my 3rd trip since they have opened and all 3x were the worst slushie taro with pearl we have ever had. $25 for 4 of them yet they don't even put enough taro powder to make it taste like taro or look purple. Just tasted like crushed ice. You can tell by the color alone. I have said something to the girl making it today before and she just smiled and nod her head. So I thought she was gonna do it properly. Unfortunately still a fail. Now we are stuck drinking no flavor taro slushie. We won't be back as this was the 3rd time already. I was hoping it was just because they just recently opened but that's $75 for 12 crushed ice drinks. The reason why u see no pearl is because they were out. 3 strikes must be the way they actually make it and if that's the case it does not compare to many other Bubble tea shops.

The staff was very unfriendly - no smiles, no greetings. Drinks are pricey here and my drink wasn’t even filled up to the brim. Drink tasted extremely bland and powdery, worst bubble tea I’ve had in a long time from anywhere. The drinks here are not up to standard with other Chatime locations either. Disappointed to say the least, and will not be coming back.

k	kayla frigault on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been here 4 times trying to get this Brown Sugar Pearls, everytime they've been sold out, and we were told to come in at 3pm when they are made. I came in at 4:30 and they were sold out AGAIN. Now the cashier tells me they start selling them at 1pm!? And that they don't make enough for 1,200 cups like advertised. I've been very disappointed every time I've been here. Would not recommend.
S	S N on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HORRIBLE LOCATION. Went at 5:25PM, thought they closed at 9 (The website says that), sign on the door says they close at 6. That’s fine, not a problem. They had NO PEARLS left apart from enough for one drink. They were out of regular AND brown sugar pearls. The girl working didn’t even apologise, she just stared at me. Also didn’t offer any alternatives. I had one drink with QQ (Pearls and coconut jelly) and the rest with coconut jelly. Found out after I left that the drink with QQ DID NOT have any pearls, I paid extra for nothing. That made me unable to order one of four drinks (Brown sugar milk tea). I then went to order a mango grapefruit tea, which they didn’t have. There's two drinks they didn't have. A good portion of their menu is unavailable, even though it's advertised. Will not be returning. The people who work there clearly don't care at all. Go to Boba Boy instead, it's way better.
