β β β β β It was alright. At my old bubble tea house, they could infuse the pearls with different flavours and it seems you can't do that here. Still, it satisfied a bubble tea craving on a hot day!

β β β β β I was in Langley shopping for the day. My girls and I was craving for bubble tea we stopped by. There where a line up, I had about $30 buck on the pearl fever app. I decided to order on the app while waiting on aside. I watched about 7 customes received their orders before mines. I went up to the counter asked did you received an app order? Why is my order not up yet? What's the point of using the app for faster services. I received my order 5 mins later. I will no longer be using the app its pointless, when I can just go stand in line. I gave it a rating of 3 stars for the overall experiences. Although Pearl fever do make delicious bubble tea.

β β β β β This place has amazing bubble tea and friendly staff. The place is clean and active on mask wear however my favorite (brown sugar milk tea) will often be unavailable and they only use a debit machine.

β β β β β Drove from Abbotsford to Langley, just to get some boba. Checked the hours online before our journey. We arrive at 10pm and the doors are locked. On the website it said they close at 10:30. I thought this was odd but I wasnβt mad, I decide to knock on the window and inform a worker that their hours were wrong on their website. They refuse to come to the window to even look at my phone. Okay, so I call the store and they answer after the 5th ring. I tell them hey I just came and you guys are closed but on google maps it says youβre open till 10:30 I just thought you should change it before something like this happens again. They say no worries and I end the callβ¦
Couple minutes later they call back saying it says they closed at 10 on their website and google maps WHILE I am looking at it say 10:30! I explain I see it here right now and tried to show them before while I was there but they still insist it says 10 and βIβ got the location WRONG and I was looking at surreys hours.
BUT I will let you guys decide :)
From the perspective of a customer service employee this was HORRIBLE service I wonβt even start on the attitude I was given. The beverages are great for β
what I got to call βlocalβ boba but not worth the headache.

β β β β β A good place to satisfy bubble tea cravings that's conveniently placed near other stores to run other errands! The drinks itself is consistent, but for the pearls they can be rather hard sometimes. Regardless, it's a nice location with nice drinks :)

β β β β β Ordered Hawaii and Brown rice milk tea. Liked the brown rice more. Mild taste and low sweetness so different and nice change compared to other tea places with stronger brew and less sugar. If your looking for sweet and strong the place to go to as we didnβt mind. Havenβt tried their fruit tea/slush yet but maybe those are sweeter?
