β β β β β Iβve had long gel nails for years and never had issues. First time going here and within 4 days, one nail broke, one feels like itβs lifting and one is chipped. Also they were done extremely thick, Iβve never had them appear like this before and I wonβt be returning. Paid $90 and Iβm very disappointed.

β β β β β I donβt know what happened to this place. I came for a pedicure and it was so dirty in there. They have these big dirty stained pillows on all chairs and you can just see they have never been cleaned. I was looking around and could see layers of dust on tables and was seriously off put. I donβt think the owner Sheila really cares. This place use to be great a few years ago but it has seriously gone down hill. No new colours or designs. They definitely donβt keep up with the new nail trends. You can tell everyone is uninterested while working. They really need to close this place for a few days and do a deep clean. Prices have gone up quite a bit as well.

β β β β β This nail salon is an absolute dream to go to. The service was impeccable and the nail techs were fantastic at their work too. This is the only place Iβll go to in Surrey. Cannot recommend them enough!

β β β β β do not recommend this place. got my nails done for $95 and i broke 8 off within a week and 3 days and called and asked if i could get them redone she said to come in but she couldnβt get me in for another 4 days. i went after the 4 days and they said they wouldnβt redo them for free because itβs been over a week. i wouldnβt have cared if it was just one but it was 8 of them. then they proceeded to be rude to me and said that this has been there policy for 6 years and it hasnβt changed so they wouldnβt even give me a set 50% off the highest they were gonna give to me was 15% off. wonβt be going back. very disappointed

β β β β β Been to this salon for my last two sets and now I won't go anywhere else! I'm hard on my nails and the sets I get done here last AT LEAST 3x as long as anywhere else I've been. I can come in with a photo of intricate designs I want and it is replicated perfectly, or BETTER! The salon is clean, and the staff are kind. I honestly think the negative reviews I see on here are meant for somewhere else and these people are just confused lol. I can't see where they're coming from! Karen's maybe?

β β β β β My daughter got her nails done here and they lasted well over three weeks. They were well done. The only reason I gave it four stars is because the staff pretty much ignores you and just talks to each other but honestly, it's about the quality of work that's important and they have that in spades

β β β β β My nails turned out so perfect and the service was beyond my expectation. I recommend that you ask for Jan. Sheβs very gentle and she makes sure are pleased with her work. No small talk just straight professionalism. Spacious and clean.

β β β β β Disappointed with the work. The whole set was shaped like a ski hill slop. Natural nails don't stick high in the air. They didn't bother asking what the issue was nor offered to fix them. They don't take accountability for poor work, just extremely rude on the phone. All the negative reviews regarding rude staff have been accurate and suprised they don't take that as feedback to fix the issue.
Would not recommend this place.
