T	Trinity H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been going to this salon for close to a year. Was so happy to finally find a mail tech I liked! Then last visit I’m informed that she will no longer be doing gel? First off, extremely unprofessional of her to not tell he clients herself… Second, I was told she would go back after summer, only doing shellac and pedicures for now ( meaning…she can make more money doing those services) Nice! I’ve spent hundreds of dollars at this business, only to be told, thanks but I don’t need you anymore! I could understand if she stopped taking new clients for the summer, but what about the clients who have been loyal to her? Bad bad way to do business! I’ll be finding a new tech and telling everyone I know of this poor customer service!

They stayed past closing time for us and it really shows they love what they do. The owner was also very sweet! This is my new nail salon forever!
A	Alyssa Labrosse on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nina did my nails and they looked amazing. When I went back to have them taken off I was charged an extra fee for some sort of polish without being told there would be a charge. Otherwise this place was great, very clean and the staff were friendly.

Amy did an amazing job and more importantly how detailed she was from start to finish. She took her time and made sure my nails looked great! Highly recommend if you want a good job done! Ladies are kind and aren't there to do things in a hurry which I really appreciate. A little on the pricier side but definitely worth a couple more dollars for a way better job.

l	livia andrews on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ when i go to school the day after i do my nails people are like “where did u do your nails they look so good” and Nina is such a good person she is kind and thoughtful, and man she had such great skills. the place is clean, modern, and organized. i totally recommend this place.

However my nails looked like a 5 year old did them. I specifically asked that they not use the gel nail polish as my nails don't hold up well. I asked that they use the gel or powder for the nail fill. Lisa did not listen to me when I repeated this request. Within days of leaving the salon my nails which never chip were chipped and within 2 weeks one of my nails lifted and broke. In a year of having them i've never broken a nail. For the price point I would expect way more than I received. I gave them a 2 because they were clean, modern and organized, but my nail artist was none of those things.
