★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place and prices are not bad … staff is not very friendly but there is also language barriers . The gentleman who did my nails paid attention to detail. Nails aren’t thick or bumpy. Giving three stars because I did just plain Color … will definitely pay a visit here next time and hopefully am able to give a higher rating

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to go to this place for pedicures with my mom. In January of this year, I sat down in the chair putting my $300+ down Lululemon jacket to the side. While the technician was pulling out her cart she didn't realize the wax pot was attached to the wall. The hot wax fell and splashed everywhere, including on my jacket. They spent 15 minutes trying to get it out but I told them we'd probably have to try and let it dry first or dry clean it. I realized this was an accident so didn't get too upset, knowing there would be a solution and at least I'd get a free pedicure!
Wrong. As I went to pay, expecting an apology, I was shown the calculator for a full price service. I asked if they were joking. They spoke to each other in their language and gave me a whopping 10% off.
Some of the worst customer service I've ever had. I will never be back and I suggest you find a salon that values their customers. I now have visited "Nail Salon" in Grandview Corners and it was by far a better experience.

Used to do my nails with Anna, and when she left I was afraid I wouldn’t get the same level of quality, Tracy proved me wrong, she is as good as Anna. To be honest, all of them are great. Will recommend to everyone

They’re also highly skilled at designs, great customer service and always on time with appointments. The place is clean and very comfortable to be in.
