I recommend that everyone visit the girls at The Studio! Since moving into the area this past summer, I have been trying to find my new nail place, and I have definitely found it! Sanjana and Lena are both fantastic ladies and very down to earth. They took their time to get to know me my first time there and made me feel super comfortable! Getting my nails done now is like going to visit friends :) Their work is absolute perfection. I always get compliments on my nails, and they are always excited to take on new challenges with designs! They have very safe Covid protocols and they keep everything very clean. The place is also BEAUTIFUL! Needless to say I always look forward to my monthly visits to the salon. Thank you girls for being so amazing!!

I have been getting my nails done by Sanjana and pedicures by Lena for almost a year and I LOVE their work. She’s amazing, super nice, and very talented. I get compliments on my nails all the time. The salon is super cute, she has a ton of colours to choose from, and I am always pleased when I leave. Won’t see anyone but them!!! I highly recommend The Studio Hidden Beauty!!! ❤️

Best nail salon I’ve been to! The staff are friendly, respectful, and talk to you-not about you! The decor is gorgeous, it’s worth stopping in just for the gold sparkly wall ?. The girls that work here are so talented, gentle, and hygienic. Everything you’re looking for is here.

The only place I'd trust to have my nails done. These girls make ALL my insta-dreams come true! They are so talented, everything from 3D art, hand painted designs, to creating custom colors...the sky's the limit! Oh, and they only use the best quality products, like Swarovski, daily charme, bio gels etc. Everything from their hygiene to service is a 5-star rating!!

Lena and Sanjana are AMAZING!! Their work is fast and high quality. Like no other nail salon I’ve been to locally! They’re on time and easy to schedule and reschedule with their online booking system.

Great website, salon decor and atmosphere. Very knowledgeable, welcoming staff, that saved my nails and skin from a brutal experience at a different salon. Have had a shellac/mani with Lena and Mione both did a stunning job with my natural nails! Will definitely keep going back, thanks Ladies!

Absolutely LOVED my visit! Mione was amazing. She did adorable rose nail art on my fingers and helped me pick out a cute colour with some glitter for my toes. She did a great job! My nails still look perfect even after a few days of constant hand washing at work. The pedicure armchairs are fun and comfy. I really liked the homemade scrub and creams used on me. I have been going through a tough time lately so I really appreciated the fun and welcoming environment. I felt like I was hanging out with my friends chatting and relaxing while getting my nails done. Can’t wait for my next visit!

I visited this nail salon for the first time today as I was looking for something close to work and my regular nail tech was not available. I booked an appointment here 1.5 weeks in advance as I was leaving for a trip the day after and it had a 4.9 rating on Google. While the nail technicians were nice, I feel like getting my fill done from here was equal to throwing $63 down the drain. At first, the nail technician cut me with the drill. Accidents happen so I didn’t make a big deal about it. However, for the duration of my appointment, she continued to rush, drop things and in general seemed flustered. Not only are my nails messy and I’m embarrassed of them, I have nail polish on my skin surrounding my nails, the base coat is not applied properly and looks cloudy. They are also uneven and bumpy. I asked the nail tech to fix the tips as they were messy however she kept trying to fix them and by the end of it, they were still messy. My typical nail tech takes at least 1.5 hours for a fill with a design, this tech did it within an hour, clearly not well. After I was done paying, she told me to come back if there were any issues, as if they were not evident from simply seeing the job she had just done. But I would rather go somewhere else to fix them than return to this salon where I’m not valued as a customer and nor is my time. I’m just surprised that she saw my nails and let me leave with them looking like they do. I do not understand how she continued to rush instead of focus on my nails and take her time. However, after leaving I saw her leave 2 minutes after me which probably meant that she had somewhere to go. If you are not going to give your customer your full time and attention and rush through the appointment, cutting them and providing a choppy nail fill, don’t take the appointment. It’s that simple. While I have already wasted my money and time and will be going into my weekend with messy nails, I hope this can provide others some transparency with the service this salon provides. I really wish I didn't have to write this but I hope this salon reevaluates the service it provides and hopefully improves going forward. I, however, will not be returning.
