Mark and the team have helped us with several cell phone issues and we wouldn’t go anywhere else. Honestly, these guys are awesome and if they can’t fix the problem then it can’t be fixed at all, period! They are honest, patient, trustworthy, reliable, efficient and their charges are extremely reasonable. I can’t say enough about these guys and hope you visit them with your computer or phone problems.

I took older computer in the see if it would be worth it upgrading hard drive to SSD. I was given a complete list of what my options would be. Greatly appreciated the honest opinion.

Fixed my laptop same day after my son spilled milk over the keyboard. Great service, but get a detailed quote (including potential extras) upfront to ensure there is no surprises.

One star is too high of a review. Our daughter took in an iPhone as the charger port was not working. She was charged $50.00 for them to run diagnosis. Bottomline, they removed parts without authorization and phone returned unrepaired and with missing parts. In addition Chris had the gall to offer our daughter $50 for a $500 phone. Scammers, rude and extremely pushy, run the other way

Scammers! I bought a new phone battery from them. They gave me the option to buy a $40 battery or pay 2x for a battery with lifetime guarantee. I paid the extra for lifetime guarantee. Fast forward 2 years when my battery isn’t holding a charge again so I went in to get a new one with my “lifetime guarantee”. They tell me I’d have to just buy a new battery again because the “lifetime guarantee” just covers battery damage, not expected degradation due to age. So what’s the point of me paying for a lifetime guarantee ???? Don’t fall for this scam. Get your phone fixed elsewhere where they don’t lie to the customers to make a few extra bucks.

Hilarious! I brought my daughters phone into be fixed as it was not turning on. They sent it home with me and the back camera didn’t work anymore. My daughter pointed this out right away and then she had to take off to University. I was a bit annoyed and perplexed that they would send a phone back with a basic diagnostic issue not resolved. So when she was back a couple of months later I was still able to take it back to "TRex" as it was still under their warranty. They suggested that the camera broke on my way home and had nothing to do with their service:). Ha ha! I’ve been to "TRex" multiple times and have found the customer service lacking in helpful engagement and now warranty issues/ thoroughness of simple diagnostics lacking. On top of it all, they offered to sell me the same used phone at way above market value and as long as I left the "damaged" phone they would give me $50 (so they could turn around and sell it to someone else). Seems like a bit shady to me.

Very pleased so far with service in terms of quality, responsiveness, professionalism. Have been working with Kris, who has helped me a great deal with my android phone which crashed suddenly. Hopefully, just a few things left to do.
