M	Matt Guichon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wouldn’t even fix my vehicles clear coat that’s coming off that is still on warranty making up excuses to not do the work was told by an ex employee that they’re very stingy about doing warranty work on vehicles. Guy at the service desk wasnt very kind about it either. Will never come here again, heard good things about this place, one time deal with them and will never return. Go elsewhere and actually get your warranty work done after you paid a ton of money for a new vehicle. 1 star is too high of a rating for this place.

I stopped by the other day for a quick recall update on my F150. As I walked around the yard with my two dogs, the service dept got things all done within an hour and I was on my way. Thanks guys !!! ... Oh ... and did I mention they couldn't wait to toss a couple of dog treats to my eager canine buddies ...!!!

They processed my paperwork promptly, performed the maintenance in just a few hours, and had my SUV washed and vacuumed by the time I arrived to pick it up, all at no cost to me! Although I had not purchased the vehicle from Ocean Park Ford they treated me as a valued customer. I will return to Ocean Park Ford for any future maintenance and perhaps a new vehicle. I recommend them to all folks in the South Surrey/White Rock area.

I stopped going to dealerships for vehicle maintenance because they kept your vehicle all day and who has that kind of time? During COVID lock-down, the dealership was close to my residence. My first 2 oil changes were relatively fast and service was great....and now they are back to the reason I stopped going to dealerships. They take way too long.

I was kept informed during the repair process and felt comfortable knowing that my car was getting the best attention. My car was returned to me in a timely fashion, my budget was respected and Ocean Park Ford has earned themselves a customer that will continue to return for my vehicles needs. We ended up ordering the car we wanted as they didn't have it in stock and they worked with us to get us exactly what we wanted. Once the car arrived they helped us manage our trade-in and trained us on the various whistles and bells on the car. This is the second car we have gotten from Ocean Park Ford and we will definitely work with them again.
