King George Nissan, your service department is an embarrassment! After 6 visits over two months, your service department not only mis diagnosed but did more damage to my vehicle attempting unnecessary repairs. After months of waiting for my vehicle to be repaired, your service manager β€œpromised” the required parts would finally arrive the following week. However only to not show up multiple times for weeks on end. Unfortunately when asked he was unable to provide a tracking number for this shipment… Enough was enough, I asked for my money back and drove straight to another Nissan Dealership. 2 visits later and $260.58, the issue has been repaired. Compare this to the $808.41 (and still not finished) that King George Nissan was trying to charge… Absolutely shameful…. I would rather pay out of my own pocket to repair the damage King George Nissan did to my vehicle than have them touch my vehicle again and over charge for the privilege.

After losing my first car in an accident, ICBC decided that I was not at fault at all and I got a check for a new car. I was worried that the amount that I was given would not be able to get me a nice car. When I went to King George Nissan I said my price and Anwar showed me two cars that were available saying β€œone of these will be leaving with you today” (yeah right!!). ended up loving one of the cars and it is much cooler than my last car! Thank you to Anwar and everyone else who helped with paperwork.

Had an amazinf experience at King George Nissan the other day. It was time for my fiance to get a new car and the Nissan Kicks was perfect for her. I inquired online and Vonn called me in the morning by 5pm we had her in a new vehicle at a fair price and received excellent service all the way. They didn't have the vehicle we wanted on site but had it delivered to the dealership within a few hours. A++SERVICE I will definitely recommend King George Nissan to anyone. Brook Nighswander

I went into the dealership for my dad's new SUV. My dad and I had the best service we could get ever in that dealership. we had sales rep who was really kind and welcoming also he was honest about the vehicles he had shown to us. great thanks to Murray McWilliam! -Pastor Kim

Here are the issues I had buying a used car from them (I live in Vancouver downtown, they are in South Surrey): 1. They did not bother cleaning/detailing and vacuuming the car even when I brought it up twice before the sale that car looks very dirty inside. Also, car has mismatching tires. Front ones don't match the back ones. Had to change the wiper blades too within 1 week of owning the car. 2. The sales agent "Anwar" said bring it back another day for detailing and cleaning, and we will accommodate you. No appointment needed. Ok fine, I was being nice and said may be we will take a small trip next week from Vancouver downtown and get it done. 3. Next week comes, I called them and make sure they can accommodate us. We don't want to drive all the way from Downtown to South Surrey and being told they were busy or booked or whatever. Surprise, first the reception never picks the phone. I had to call 2-3 times, they said leave us a message and we will forward to sales agent Anwar. 4. We waited and waited, I called back again same day and this sales agent Anwar lied to me. He said he called me earlier and left a voicemail too. There was NO call whatsoever and NO voicemail left, I triple checked. 5. In addition to his straight up lying, he told us to be there in 20 minutes as the service was closing early. I checked website the service department was supposed to be open till 5 PM, and when we called it was 2:30 PM. He told us to be there within 20-30 minutes. Dude, we don't have a chopper that can fly from downtown to south surrey in daytime traffic within 20-30 minutes. 6. After this experience, I called them 5-6 times on a working day within working hours, nobody picked up the phone. The number they have everywhere on their sales visiting cards and website is of the reception who never seems to be available for some reason. I even left a voicemail to speak with sales manager as there is no direct number to reach him. Nobody called me back for almost 2 weeks. If you can't even bother to check your call history or even voicemails from someone who bought a used car from you with their hard earned money, then why are you even open? 7. After waiting 2 weeks for their follow up, we got the car cleaning and detailing done locally and paid 75 dollars out of pocket. I called them today to express my frustration about this, the receptionist lady finally picked up today, and showed no remorse or apology whatsoever for my concern or frustration. Her tone was borderline rude. To add to this, she asked sales manager to come on phone. His behavior was also very non understanding and I asked him to reimburse me for the detailing I had to get done locally because of their pathetic after sales service. He straight up denied it and told me why didn't I contact him earlier? How about you go back and check your dealership call history and voicemails? He even asked me for proof of call history, which I am going to send soon! NEVER EVER GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP, BUNCH OF LIARS AND ZERO AFTER SALES SERVICE. ALL THEY WILL DO IS TAKE YOUR MONEY AND IGNORE YOU. STAY AWAY!

I keep coming back King George Nissan because I feel valued as a customer. I had another great experience earlier this month when I decided to move into a new Nissan Kicks. I was thrilled to see a woman on the sales team. A special thanks to Genia and Karin for their awesome client service! I recently recommended a friend who is looking to move into a new car. Sounds like she's just as happy as I am with the service - she picks up her car soon! Kudos KG Nissan!

I went King George Nissan to buy Nissan kick sr. I have amazing experience with Murray McMillan. he gave me great customer service , information and price. I have visited many car dealers and this was best. Neil from sales also recommends me very good service packages. I definitely recommend King George Nissan to everybody.
