★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pet"Smart"? Apparently they havent met my eternally dumb gerriatric python. Smart isnt part of his vocabulary. Infact, he doesnt even have a vocabulary, as he is a snake. I have been trying to teach him to fetch since I was 9... Im 34 now. Still bashes his head on the glass every time I walk by. Guess its my fault for not wearing pants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff weren't helpful and seemed uninterested for majority of time i was there. I went in to buy a bird and the only time staff showed any jnterest at all was when the attendant came running to block me from looking at a particular bird with my 3 year old in the shopping cart...complaining that it can feel kids "energy" and doesn't like it. Never heard anything more absurd in my life and genuinely thought the staff were high on something. As a result we ended up being put off and did a quick walkaround to see available fish, rodents and reptiles. Store seems better stocked for pet needs than pets, though prices seemed ridiculously marked up. Only advice is to don't go disturbing the "vibe" of the animals with your mere presence. Get on the same wavelength as them by consuming some macha tea, koji berries and having a crystal healing session beforehand. Or just go to any other pet store nearby....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really do love them... but they introduced pest snails to my new clan fish tank! Not happy about that! I bought live plants and was told I do not have to quarantine said plants... so I put them in my tank and now I have a snail problem I cannot get rid of!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This locations grooming salon is pathetic. I booked my appointment a week ago. I got a call from Ashley today stating that the time I booked my appointment for, there is also another large breed booked. So she asks me to come in at 1pm instead which is 4 hours earlier than my appointment. I told her to cancel the appointment because she stated if I kept the appointment it would cause my dog’s appointment to be significantly prolonged. Now I need to scramble to find another grooming salon. Ashley had no sense of warmth or care in her voice. When I told her this was extremely inconvenient for me and that I have already planned that day around the appointment she was silent. I asked that she cancel it and she goes okayyy…. Have a nice day. She has a lack of professionalism, understanding and a blatant disregard for dog parents and their pets. Unacceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good customer experience. We asked one staff and she doesn't know the answer. She quickly pointed us to the right staff. They also have something like 7-day (my memory a bit vague for numbers of days) guarantee, very useful to a newbie for fishes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer experience. Nobody knows about anything. One staff will point you to another staff that also don't know the answer to your question or they will just tell you to come back some other day to talk to a manager.
One staff recommended a product and the other says it's not a good one. You will get different answers all the time. It's like they don't know what they're doing. They made me purchase something that made my pet allergies.
I think people that supposed to work here should go under a training and pet knowledge because they might give info to customers that may put their pets in danger and can cause more harm and money when get checked.
Not going back to this place anymore. I've been a pet owner since I was young and i don't think I will be put my pets in any danger.
They told me they have safety concerns about me buying pets, but i don't think they know about pet compatibility. That you're pets have to be compatible with the other.
They won't let me purchase! And they are asking me to leave while buying my pets companions.
THEY ARE CRAZY!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We want to buy blue parakeet on special request for my kid & searching in PetSmart stores since long. Finally we got positive response from this store & we went there immediately.
It is really good store for pet & their related stuffs which includes most of all the pets.
Girl who was selling us this bird, we felt little bit pushy for more shopping, we may wrong.
Otherwise, it was fantastic experience to have such a new cute, adorable & lovely home member.
