★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Robin is a real pro. We were waffling over carpet colour and size and we showed her a photo of the living room where it was going to go, and she found us the perfect rug . First by showing us on the computer what similar rugs would look like and then by taking us through their stock and answering all our questions. We brought home the one she helped us choose and couldn't be happier with how it looks. If you're looking for a rug, go to the Jordans at Morgan Crossing and look for Robin!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time in Jordan's and the sales rep (Nick) was very helpful. I had seen a rug on line and when I ask about it, he knew exactly which one I had seen. Was patient when I asked about other rugs and then carried the rug to my vehicle. Great first experience which will definitely take me back into their store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just purchased 3 area rugs from the South Surrey Jordans store. Robin was excellent. She recommended good choices given our home and lighting and was very flexible when one of the three did not work. She gave us others to take home and try and made it all very easy. Highly recommend.

She explained the difference in quality of carpets, how prices worked etc. We love the rug we chose - it is so soft and looks great and the price was much better than her competitors. I highly recommend dealing with her and Jordan's. The installers were also great and very funny to boot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jordan's Rugs is into their 4th generation since starting the business in 1929 in downtown Vancouver City. Nice store, friendly staff and really only sells rugs. The definition for "rug", for me, is a rug has a border around it and can be any size and I saw some lovely designs that were ornate but also modern designs that are more my taste. Thanks for the quick tour .....
