★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall a great flooring experience with Exclusive Floors. With them providing approximately 1300 sq ft of solid Hickory flooring and 100 sq ft of porcelain tile. They were very attentive to our needs and responded extremely quickly to address a minor heating vent fit issue following installation. My only issue (and it's a relatively small issue) is that floor leveling is common for most houses and while briefly mentioned could have been called out more explicitly as a likely additional expense.

They were able to match our existing flooring so well you could not tell old from new areas.the crew had a lot of knowledge,checked for floor level .did a great job installing flooring on winding stair case.suggested using front room carpet because it was replaced with plank flooring in the upstairs bed rooms .saved us a lot of money. They took the creaks out of the floor .very satisfied and would use them again . Great job

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Words can not express how grateful I am to Rowenna at Exclusive Floors for being the the breathe of fresh air in the daunting renovation and construction world.
Everything from the initial choosing of material, quoting, delivery, then needing more material (error on my part) twice...was handled with so much professionalism, kindness and efficacy.
If you're looking for flooring, this is hands down the place to go!

Jodi’s wonderful personality was matched only by her knowledge and understanding of our needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rowenna and her team was great at providing me a quote and getting the job scheduled efficiently. The entire process was extremely well organized and smooth. David completed the installation and kept everything clean, minimized the dust and left my place in excellent condition. I was really impressed with his attention to detail and his mindful approach to keeping everything tidy and clean as he worked. I had floors installed 3 times in the past and the service, quality and overall experience has been the best with executive floors. I highly recommend them and would refer them to everyone I know and I would definitely use them again for all my flooring needs. Thank you Rowenna and David!??
