Expensive haircuts and sometimes nice, sometimes bad, staff are what you can expect from this place. They have some great staff, like Rose, or the young blonde stylist, (whom I cannot remember their name,) but they rotate staff members of which give me haircuts, they usually give mediocre haircuts, and sometimes I get a bit too relaxed, but other staff are not quite as good, and I get pains after I get my hair cut from there. I gave them two stars for their lack of things to do while waiting, their fake reviews and their horrible staff which would be enough for me to give them one star, if not for their star employees. Overall mediocre hair salon. I would recommend coming here only if you want a mediocre haircut and Rose is working at the time.

Stylists name was Amy. Asked me what I was looking for. We had a great chat and she made me feel welcome and comfortable. The final Hair Cut was perfect absolutely perfect in every way. Best Haircut and experience ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fast, inexpensive and friendly service. My hair is low maintenance (long, all one length and never dyed) so it is the perfect place for my trim every few months. Always leave satisfied and I discovered my daily hair product there (from the SEXY hair line) that I absolutely LOVE!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have walked into this location for last 10 years. Tomorrow is my dad’s funeral and I call in to make a reservation. I am told I have to download the app to make reservations. I have no interest in downloading your app.
So after 10 years I will no longer be spending my money at great clips.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 1st experience was 5 star brilliant a month ago.
This time the haircut was done by a different barber and it was a realy work of an amateur. The cheaper price reflected their ability to cut hair this time. Not coming back again.
My recommendation - pay the slight premium at other barbers and steer clear of this place, not worth experimenting.
