S	Stephanie Solomon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We saw Dr. Vostretsova for our son. She was very knowledgeable, patient and was able to confirm that our son was no longer allergic to peanuts! Our son has avoided peanuts for most of his life, had to carry an epipen everywhere but a challenge confirmed he is no longer allergic. We are so grateful!

Dr. Chen specifically told me to call in and book an appointment to physically meet any doctor. I'm still being asked by front desk to come in on Friday for walk-in hour. I don't understand why I have to wait 5 days before I can see a Dr.? There is a reason why Dr. Chen asked me to see one ASAP.
A	A Eckers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love Dr. Anand (and miss her now that she's on leave for a little while) and her locum Dr. Dhami is excellent too. I've always found the office staff to be kind, attentive, and helpful (if not a little over-worked, and definitely in need of some patience and appreciation). I've had necessary forms filled out expediently and accurately, I can almost always get in for an appointment in a reasonable timeframe, and I feel like my doctor (even her relatively new-to-the-practice locum) really have taken the time to know me and remember what's going on with me. You would never know that Dr. Anand has as many patients as she does, because she makes you feel like you matter and you're not just one of her many "to-do list" appointments of the day. I know she does this work because she's passionate about it, and it really shines through in how she treats people. I hope to never have to leave the area, because I hit the jackpot with finding Dr. Anand as my GP.
A	Adam B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great office Great Dr's.. But like everywhere today a horrible unusable website. In todays world where everything is expected to be done online your tools are some of the worst I've ever used. It asks me to book an appointment online, when I try it tells me I can't book an in person appointment online, I have to call the clinic. When I click the contact Us button the only phone number provided is your fax number. How smart is this? Do you even try your own website from time to time to see if its useable. I understand you don't want to waste you recourses on answering my calls in person, but i see you have no respect for my time. Get a website that works.
J	Jessica Simpson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are rude and discriminatory. I don’t mean the doctors, I mean the front medical office assistants, the receptionists. They don’t respect the deaf and hard of hearing community, and talk super fast on the phones. They’re argumentative as well. The manager there, Janelle I believe is her name, is extremely rude. So I have a service dog, I came in one day with my mom. The East Indian staff see him and freak out saying I need to leave. I constantly repeat that he’s a service animal and they kick me out. I had to call RCMP as I was scared for my safety. Don’t bring your culture and religious antics to work. I have the legal right to bring my service dog anywhere I go. A BC Human Rights Tribunal case was filed and awaiting screening currently.
M	Matt Sobieski on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr.Howie is a fantastic Doctor and treats you well with care and expert knowledge. The secretarial staff, however, at this clinic are impossible to deal with. From a poorly functioning website that errors out when trying to make an appointment - telling you to call them in person, but then the receptionists scold you for not making an appointment online, despite telling them of this error. To the phones not being answered in a promptly manner and treated incredibly rudely when they do answer. If my Doctor, whom I love, was not here I would never visit.

He's super understanding and goes out of his way to explain your diagnosis with detail. Never in a rush and always helpful. The receptionists are always busy but find time to get the work done. If they are too busy, they offer to call back with the information at a later time. They always try to get you in as soon as possible and try to help in the best way possible! T	Tara Keigher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctors are fantastic, never had an issue with any of them. They listen intently and give you your time. The medical office assistant are a different story. I fully appreciate that they are a very busy clinic. There is no consistency in what they you on the phone (told a doctor was covering mine for in person appts then told there is coverage a week later). They don’t want for you to answer when putting you on hold. Been hung up on quite a few times. I think it’s time they get outside help to improve the front staff and have consistency.
