★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been using Pacific home warranty for a couple years now. I am super happy with there service and assistance on site during our building process. Dean (on site rep) is one of the nicest guys I have encountered! Always giving good advice and helping us build a great home! Not to mention every time Dean calls, he is the happiest guy and makes your day better!! The office is always very helpful as well! Jason is another great piece to the puzzle of a great team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No stars! This place is not what it stands for. Our retaining wall is caving in because of bad construction. Our home is 5,5 years old. It should be covered according to the policy : Exclusions-General - 2 - b - ii) They reject the claim, without giving an explanation or reason, even after a second request for explanation. Just ignored us. "File closed" without explanation. They don't even come and look at the problem. Unacceptable and disrespectful to honest homeowners. Bad service Thomas S.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have had the worst experience with this warranty they are so unprofessional. They look out for the builders. I have been in my house for 3yrs and we have so many problems. Even the staff they sent out to our house was so unprofessional and was speaking punjabi with the builder the entire time and my husband could not understand anything. They are definately in favor of the builders and my entire block has had issues. I feel like they are not interested in protecting the buyers and their safety.

Go to the media, hire your lawyers, tell everyone you know who is buying a home to avoid this home warranty so you don't have to live a living hell trying to deal with people whose main purpose is to deny your claims in any way that is humanly possible. I can't say enough bad things, I won't have the space to type it all out. Maybe that's a good thing though, this big scam should burn down in the news instead.
