★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are trying to insure a Japanese imported car and are having a hard time trying to find a good agent that knows what they're doing, go here and ask for Kyle Dabbs, I believe he works Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday at this location and he has done many Japanese cars for insurance and day permits.

Also rambled on the subject of the new changes to icbc, suddenly mentioning new regulations during the transaction. Other members of my family have done insurance with this person, all of whom rate them poorly. there are definitely much better Autoplans nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheated on me as a customer. Providing me incorrect guidance and locking me into an incorrect plan. They don’t explain the charges just rush to get you to make the payment and once you’re in you’re caught.
Avoid any plans from here unless you want to regret. You can now renew online.

To give you an example I wanted to cancel my policy with them and they told me I would bear cancellation charges $30. However, when I called another auto plan broker they told me that it would be $30 + any short term premium charge.
So clearly they either don’t know their business or are trying to make a dishonest living. Also, if you express that you weren’t informed they would rudely confront you that you were told.
Now considering the above example I was told but told incomplete/incorrect.
Why spoil your day dealing with dishonesty and lack of integrity and rude customer service.
So avoid this broker and just drive 0.5km to the nearest broker I promise you it will be worth it.
