Worst front desk u can expect - in color of "professionalism" it was least human attitude experienced. I was 15m early as they needed paper work ( intake , history and covid questions) but was asked to leave and come at exact time- with taxi gone, a concussion patient - I was out in cold rainy evening..trying to find a shelter. Spent time in backside of the building. Technician was one of the best ( grateful! ) very considerate and caring but ...frontdesk ? Never want to go back or reccomend anyone - they need a crash course in how to mellow down their tones and be little considerate that its patients in pain walking in not restaurant clients.

I was very anxious going in for my appointment (and a little claustrophobic too). All the staff were amazing, and the technician that was with me was the best. He talked me through everything that was going to happen, and was calming and funny all at the same time, which I think is an exceptional skill, and was very much appreciated! I got my appointment and the results very quickly, and all at a reasonable price. If you need an MRI, this is the place to go. Highly recommend it.

I would like to thank the staff at Access. I must admit I was frustrated with how the medical system has changed over Covid and after having an MRI on my knee, thanks to Access discovering a quad tendon tear, I had emergency surgery about a week later and I am on the road to recovery.

Access MRI was incredible. I got seen quickly and felt taken care of. Also cut my wait time from several months to under a week. Worth every penny but here’s hoping I never need them again.

Very positive experience, the reception team was quick in response with email and Maria explained all the procedures really well in detail. The clinic was clean and neat, ample parking spaces and the whole procedure was perfect.

Very good customer service. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. The staff who did my MRI explained the procedure very well and made me feel at ease. The report was super quick and well explained. Keep up the good work.

I had an Echocardiogram and MRI last week. I received via e-mail the images of both these tests before I even drove back home. I got the written documents today (just five days). The written reports are well outlined and detailed exactly what I wanted. Because I paid for these tests they come to you with a copy to your doctor. I absolutely love this because I do not have to beg for a copy from my doctor. I own these test and the results and have access to them whenever I need. The staff I dealt with was kind, efficient, and prompt. From my first contact of inquiry about these tests to the end result was a pleasant experience. I was provided with accurate information and easy to follow instructions. The clinic is extremely clean and easy to maneuver around in. The parking is not 100% but they have designated parking spaces right in front of the clinic. Unfortunately some people do not know how to read and park in them (shame on them) to go shopping elsewhere. I highly recommend Access MRI if you need/want tests that either your doctor will not give you a requisition for or the wait times at the hospital are far too long. It is costly but well worth the money.

Needed to have an ultrasound done. My doctor mentioned a couple of imaging places to get the quickest appointment. When I phoned for an appointment, it was 2 1/2 months away, another one was 3 months off. I’m like seriously? That’s just ridiculous. My husband suggested a private place. I’m thinking, my concern was the cost. I looked online and found Access MRI. The price was way lower than I had thought. I called them, they said to email the paperwork and that they would get back to me. I heard from them the next day, got the appointment booked, which was ONLY a week and a half away. 3 days after booking, they called and said there was a cancellation, 3 days later, had the ultrasound done!! My experience was nothing but positive, the waiting area was clean, the tech I had was Robin, she was nice, caring and explained everything as we went. I would def use them again for any future needs!
