Extremely disappointed. They didn’t do my ultrasound sound just because I was asked by my health care professional to take the same requisition paper for repeated dating ultrasound. I was there with my full bladder waiting to be called for my appointment and the font desk receptionist was waiting to get approval to accept the same requisition sheet or not. They said that it’s illegal to accept the same requisition sheet for the same procedure again. They didn’t say sorry and not even offered me their washroom to empty my bladder before I leave. I went their with excitement to be able to finally find out my due date and also receive some pics. I will never ever go to any location of West Coast imaging ever again.

Horrible experience here couple months ago for the Ultrasound scan. The technician (asian guy with dyed hair) was rude, rushed too much, and showed no compassion at all. It was unlike any prior experience I have had at other similar places. I hurt my chest and required a scan. I had to get my body scanned in multiple positions in front of the Ultrasound machine. The whole process was really rushed by the technician. At one point, without any verbal cues, he decided to pull my arm up swiftly to position my body. That exacerbated my pain and i had to scream at him to stop. Completely unprofessional. Oh ya, their computers had a malfunction that require to be restarted while I was there too, and another patient reported difficulty getting into the parking lot (locked out?). The whole place is chaotic. Unless you are prepared to go in to be treated like a piece of meat and not an actual person, stay away from this place.

Welcoming receptionist, bang on time, and I had a patient kind technician Yaan for my anatomy scan. New clinic is clean modern and efficient. Not sure why the bad reviews - you need to turn up early and be on time, just follow their instructions and you'll be grand!

I went there by Telus Health. On the phone first person who spoke to me, very rude! Then I went there for an exam. The lady with black hair and glasses in the reception area extremely rude! I asked her to CC the results to another Dr, and I can't listen to her very good with the glass protector. She didn't had patience to repeat "gentle and with good manners". As I told before, I went there referred by telus Health and I didn't know "which" clinic was my doctor from. So, I would tell to people who doesn't like the work they do, just leave and find another one who fits with who you are. I am pretty sure you will find one. But dealing with people all the time, you need good manners, specially with people from different countries and and accents. Very disappointed.

I went for my 10 week ultrasound today, and my appointment was scheduled for 1:25pm (they left me a voice mail to arrive 15 minutes prior to my appointment at 1:10pm). I arrived at the reception at 1:05pm and the lady at the reception said very loudly so the whole waiting room could hear, "you're 5 minutes late to your appointment". I explained to her I'm actually 20 minutes early for my appointment and I was told to arrive at 1:10pm and she said, "Ok, I just wanted to let you know you're 5 minutes late" and "but you're with a very nice technician today". The "nice technician" didn't even look at me to say hi, and he also seemed annoyed that I was "late". I politely asked him if he could tell me if he saw the baby's heartbeat right away (as I had miscarriages before) and he seemed annoyed again. He grumpily said "your baby is moving around". I was very happy my baby was well, but worst ultrasound experience ever....I will avoid this place in the future.

Went here for an appointment for a Bladder Ultrasound. Was there on time and was called 15 minutes later. I have been drinking water half an hour prior to coming here and brought my water bottle with me. The male Technician calls me, I greeted him and we went in (he never asked me if my bladder was full, if I needed more water, etc). I got into the room, I took the proactive approach and nicely said my bladder may not be 100% full but that I was hoping it was (just to make conversation and to be polite), to what this tall Asian man (don’t know his name) showed complete frustration, moaned and laughed, shaking his head, turning his body forward in a complete unprofessional way, like he was very very frustrated. He could not handle his emotions because my bladder was not full? I’m so sorry for the inconvenience, but I had followed the instructions I was given.Awful experience, completely unprofessional. Seriously, no way a man like this can work with women, tasteless and no manners.I refused to do the procedure with him and would recommend Management to remove him from staff as soon as possible. I have done this procedure as well as other ultrasounds several times and never ever had any similar experience. Kudos to the kind and professional lady at front who was able to reschedule my procedure with another member of staff.

So far I’ve had 4 OB ultrasounds at this location with three different techs, all of whom were lovely and professional. The last one in particular was very thorough in explaining the procedure and took a lot of time and effort to get the images done (baby’s position making things difficult). No complaints, 4/4 great experiences.

Came and waited in a very long line. Got to the front just for them to say they aren't taking x-rays anymore for today. I asked about getting an appointment for another day but they are walk in only. They should put a sign on their doors saying no more x-rays for the day so that people aren't walking in and wasting 30-60min waiting in line just to be turned away. The gentlemen behind me also had to just turn and leave. There are also no bike racks anywhere near the clinic but they told me I couldn't bring in my small folding bike in and told me to leave it on the street not locked up next time. I let them know it was my only way to get there and they just said not their problem, it can't come in. Safe to say there won't be a next time as this place is run by incompetent unaccommodating people. Go anywhere else if you can. When this location was on Austin it was fantastic. The staff were friendly and you just walked in and got it done. This new location couldn't be further from that experience.
