Service is rude like any other medical place. No more stall numbers and sharing parking spots, its by the plate number now. *Not to mention, parking rates can make you more sick than you already are.*

Reception was excellent. Imaging tech was awesome I had a couple issues she reassured me she would help. She was kind and understanding. Excellent work. Thank you

The imaging department here is absolutely rude and unprofessional. I have gone here two times to have ultrasounds and x-rays done for mys of and my daughter both times I was not able to get done what had gone there for because the staff are unable to handle cases that may be a little difficult. They are lazy and unwilling to reorganize themselves to accomodate younger clients. So if you have kids please don't expect to be greeted politely or have your work done.

Surrey hematology department horrible receptionist!!! Absolutely rude service, called them twice already and each time has been just as bad! Most people that go to see a specialist is dealing with some sort of health issue. To talk to a receptionist with a bad attitude doesn’t help the whole situation. I understand they’re having a long day, but they have no idea what the person on the other line is going thru either. Give the patients a break, you’re there to help them after all.

What a hospital? Went to the hospital to get my ESWL procedure. Got a call from the hospital that surgery has been preponed by 3 hrs. Went to the nurses station to get the paperwork done. After that waited for about 40 minutes, then this lady comes to me and says we have to cancel the surgery as the machine broke down. It was surprising to me that the hospital has only one machine for this procedure. I am sure that I am the only one who had such woeful experience. As common people I know we can't do nothing. And we call it a developed country where hospital don't have much needed equipment.

As a physician, referring to JPOC is an ordeal that I dread. As a family member of a patient receiving treatment at JPOC, I was utterly impressed and thankful for the wonderful experience. From the prompt notification of his upcoming appointment and detailed explanation of the check-in process, to the kind nurse who updated me on his care, I felt reassured that he was in excellent, professional handsβ€”even though I couldn’t be alongside him. Thank you to the dedicated staff who provide such thoughtful care.

5 stars for the imaging techs & staff @ each imaging corridor ( i had multiple tests). They were friendly & reassuring. Down to 3 stars due to the angry & rude check in window who yelled at a handful of us because the single, small sign was blocked by the crowd & nobody knew where to line up. She really missed the "above & beyond" welcoming scared, sick people to the floor.

My first time visit this hospital. It's a very clean and quiet hospital. Plenty outdoor parking lots in front of the main building. No paying for parking tickets because of Covid-19. I received a brand new mask at the entrance and a clear direction after telling front desk staff what's my appointment! Had very nice experience!
