★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Polite, compassionate staff. My only complaint is that some of the ladies working there do not have the experience or skills to put an IV. I have good veins and a few times they have to try twice to “find my vein”. I feel sorry for elderly people that I have seen screaming in pain when they have trouble “finding the vein”. Cancer is already too much suffering and too many needles. Only experienced staff should work in the Chemotherapy Unit. I don’t get how a technician at a laboratory has no problems with IV’s and professional staff at the hospitals cannot do it.
