I	Irene Ibarra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like doctor Mahungo. she is very nice and listen what you have to say. Calling for an appointment few years back,was not difficult when Monica was still there. But now no one picks up the phone when a receptionist called you and make an appointment. I understand, this clinic is very busy now but receptionists have to come up with better booking system of their clients appointment.

I have been calling from last 7 days continuously and not even once you answered the call. Is there a block list you add all your own patients. The doctors here are really good, both Dr.Aslam and Mahangu, but only if you can get past the reception you will get an appointment which again will not answer you calls for 7-10 days
R	Ren B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tue doctor's at this clinic are amazing! Dr. Mahungu and Dr. Aslam I absolutely love them. The receptionist Jeet is also amazing, kind, welcoming and SHE ANSWERS THE PHONE! The problem I have and the reason for the 4 star rating is that the other girls at the front desk do not ever answer the phone. I have called sometimes for a week, everyday, about 20 times a day and they will never answer. They also aren't very friendly, it's almost like you are begging them for something. Not a good look for the clinic. If they can fix the front desk it will be an amazing clinic. Thanks to the doctors and receptionist Jeet for being wonderful!
P	Pranjali Pradhan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst front desk ever. Messed up my appointments and referrals for 2 months. Never admit their mistakes, never pick up calls. I had to call places and make sure my reports and documentation was in place before I spoke to the doctor even though it was their job to do so. The front desk lies blatantly about sending requisitions but never do. Horrible experience. Dr. Sambal is great but unfortunately she’s loosing patients because of the pathetic front desk. They need to be reported.

Never answers phone calls, when u confront it with here she is being so rude and answers u in the most disrespectful and nastiest way possible. She is always grumpy, has no manners, so lazy, so rude and nasty. She Makes me sick.

The staff is very good and answers phone calls. A few years ago it was almost impossible to reach the doctor's office on phone, but now it has changed.
