★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely beautiful building ready to be occupied. I did call today but couldn't get an answer when the grand opening would be. I just love new buildings. While pay parking is an issue, in the heart of the hospital district, City Centre 2 is just that. Thanks ......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to take my father in for blood work, the lady was not very helpful at all,after realizing we were at the wrong location,standing at front desk for over 10 minutes without any service ,I spoke up asking a lady for some help.,to see what location I was actually booked at,I was rudely met with an awnsered "I'm not about to open up all locations to find where the appointment is "",if wanna go to back of line you can get it here but it will take 142 minutes approx."I left the rude lady with .y 88 years dad went down the street and was inand out in less then 20 minutes...so 101 and king George Blvd,thumbs up for making the day much better

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very much disappointed in one of the laboratory technicians in the said branch, Katie? (Near the Surrey Memorial Hospital) She appeared to be scaring the patients when she was asking information, kind of angry. Not only that, my husband complained that she inserted the needles two times to do the blood extraction to vials, and it was painful.
That was not good. I would like to remind that when you are in the medical field; remember that you are dealing with ill patients, that's why they are there.
